Omg. Uriel denigrating Chuck. Crowley. Lucifer. Probably Raphael too. Probably metatron too. Sry but he wud find Cas's vulnerability towards Metatron's bs extremelyyyyy funny. And it might even snap Cas out of it sooner. Fuckkkk he should have been alive 😭😭😭😭

I have a VERY clear vision of how it would go with Metatron.

Uriel'd be like "METATRON GOT THE DROP ON YOU, CASTIEL????? I KNEW YOU'D BECOME WEAK, BUT STUPID, TOO??????"

And he'd be relentless about this.

Because at some point later in the season, Metatron gets the drop on Uriel and kidnaps him. And Castiel IS coming to the rescue, but mostly so he can gloat about it.

He'd have this neutral face as he asks if Uriel is okay, and he wouldn't say a single unkind WORD, but Uriel does NOT buy those soft eyes for ONE SECOND, CASTIEL.

EDIT: Eventually, Cas oh-so-innocently asks how Uriel got captured, and it's VERY important that Uriel did in fact get captured in the stupidest, most looney tunes kinda way. THE SHAME.

I have some problems with esports and franchise sports in general, but... I just hope the huge popularity of Overwatch League makes some nerds less insufferable. Like, the fact that nerds are getting hyped over this cool but ultimately super useless team game that they play themselves but not at the peak level that these teams do? I just hope they have enough self awareness to apply this to other interests instead of just going “sportsball dumb haha”. It’s all dumb, just like what you like.
