I know Hotel Transylvania: Transfourmania has been out for a few years, and the hype has pretty much died down for the movies as a whole, but I have to rant about something.
My biggest pet peeve with the movies is that in the FIRST MOVIE, Drac states that he's allergic to garlic and it makes his throat swell, but in the third one, he's garlic intolerant and it upsets his stomach.
I know the creators probably just wanted another fart joke in these movies, but it would've been so much cooler if he started having an allergic reaction and pulled out an EpiPen. Or even one of his friends (probably Wayne and/or Wanda, they likely have the best hearing) heard him choking and saved his ass, then proceed to lecture him about how it's the modern world, garlic could be in anything, get with the times! It could've been a humorously cinematic moment, too.
Maybe Drac built up a tolerance towards garlic to where it no longer killed him or he's on a special allergy medicine, but it seems unlikely. I know Mavis has the intolerance, too.
Tl;Dr The creators hoped we would forget about Drac's and Johnny's convo in the first movie so they could pull a fart joke in the third, BUT I HAVEN'T
More WIR-Verse HT fun!
Been tossing around doing a direct sequel to the HT and Nightmare Halloween Party 2018 drawing where Ericka hears Drac sing for the first time and finally did it. This is after the party, and...yeah, Ericka' pretty much given up staying in character as Debbie by now. XD
Also been meaning to do something with the "resting on their human's shoulder in bat form" bit with Johnavis, and needed up combining the two.

I love these two. The movie has it’s...problems? But dayum son, that art style.
Also, concept art Mavis’ scarf was cute. Shoulda kept it.
