Elseworlds Addendum - Wonder Girl / Donna Troy

Donna Troy’s origin in the DC Comics continuity is a complicated matter, made nebulous by numerous retcons and retellings.  For sake of brevity, Donna was an Amazonian of  Themyscira who possessed powers similar to those of Wonder Woman.  This included flight, enhanced strength and speed and appear of magical bracelets that could deflect nearly any attack.  

In search of adventure, Donna left Themyscira to the realm of mankind, where she operated as the superhero known as Wonder Girl.  She helped to form the initial iteration of The Teen Titans and served with the team when it turned into the New Teen Titans. Donna acted as Wonder Woman for brief time and served in an updated version of the Justice League.  She later took on the name Troia and acted as a member of the Titans.  

While Donna Troy was absent from the original DCAU, her character did appear in the Teen Titans segment of The Superman/Aquaman Hour of Adventure (voiced by actress Julie Bennett) and additionally featured in the Young Justice animated series (voiced by actress Grey DeLisle)

Donna Troy first appeared in the pages The Brave and the Bold  Vol. 1 #60 (1965).

Bonnie had settled down with Ray later in life

Ray has no clue about the supernatural

Julie finds her mother grimoire the day after season 1 ends

Julie tells the boys and Carlos cause well he's a bennett too which means he's a warlock

Julie uses what spells she finds in the grimoire to defeat Caleb for good

After all that Alrarick comes and bring them to boarding school

Julie becomes bestfriends with Hope Lizzie and Josie

Later on they figure out that the boys were supernatural but they don't know what kind

The boys get there own vote in meetings

Everybody can see them at the school

Carlos is having the time of his life learning magic

And of Sense Carlos and Julie are Bennett's there's going to be trouble for them

Luke worry's about julie and Carlos alot with the history of the Bennett's but is also amazed by everything

Reggie also worry's but has alot of fun with everyone at the school and has been nicknamed sunshine boi

Alex is having fun but also a worrywort but him and Josie become besties

And willie came along for the ride but only the witches can really see him/hear him

And of course the band still exist there just in mystic falls now

Julie becomes the new anchor

It’s not mentioned in the article, but Bennett voiced Susan Watson and Madame Piranha in the English dub of King Kong Escapes. Rest in peace.

Julie Bennett Has Passed Away

Julie Bennett, an actress and voice actress whose voice-work credits include The Yogi Bear Show, Quick Draw McGraw, The Bugs Bunny Show, The Huckleberry Hound Show, Gay Purr-ee, The Bullwinkle Show, The Superman / Aquaman Hour of Adventure, The Banana Splits Adventure Hour, Dinky Dog, Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels, The New Yogi Bear Show, Garfield and Friends, and Spider-man: The Animated Series, and whose TV credits include Dragnet, Get Smart, Dragnet 1967, Mathnet, Square One Television, and Lux Video Theater, has passed away.

Our condolences to Bennett’s family, friends, and fans.
