Dreams Do Come True
Months of talking have come to this moment. With nervous anticipation I approached the door. I had my bag on my shoulder, water cup in hand, along with gifts for her. I double checked the room number one last time before I knocked on the door.
You opened the door and the look of shocking joy spread across your face. Your hands went to your mouth quickly as I walked through the door. Just as quickly you dropped them and said, "hi!" All other words escaped your mind and instinct took over. Before either of us could do anything else I reached to hug you.and I felt like I had returned home safely. One singular moment stretched for a far longer time than I could have dreamt of! Then my lips met yours with hearts and stars exploding in my eyes and mind. All of this has been WORTH THE WAIT!
In that moment one chapter closed and we started the next chapter in our relationship. Our lives have now become even more entwined. One more step towards a grand future with my queen, my heart, my love, my soulmate, my special priority. I love you more than ever @lost-dreams-buried-in-my-sleep our new chapter started off as is our way, slow and steady. Here's to our future, my love!
