I am begging like I am LITERALLY BEGGING the educational system to stop blaming in-work poverty on the people who left schools without or with lower than 'acceptable' GCSE's.

Please!!!! I am tired of the lies.

I have just had to listen second hand to an actual adult in charge of education give a whole FUCKING ASSEMBLY on why my niece (who is only in year 7 BTW, aka 12 years old) and her classmates need to be thinking ahead at the job they want and the route they need to take to get there I.e A levels, Degrees, Apprenticeships etc because and i quote "people who leave school with GCSE's lower than C are 50% more likely to have jobs that pay less than £7+ an hour and that might seem like a lot of money now but it's actually really hard to live off of that amount"

And instead INSTEAD!!! of criticising the system that pays people less than minimum wage!!!!

THEY TURN IT AROUND AND SAY TO IMPRESSIONABLE CHILDREN "THAT'S WHY YOU NEED TO GET MORE QUALIFICATIONS!!"
