Me writing thoughts/actions: she thought perhaps that someday, maybe, things would be different. Someday the world would be more loving and she would no longer have to hide. Unfortunately, that day was not today. She picked up her backpack and slung it over her shoulder before walking out the door, letting it slam solemnly behind her.
