when I started shipping it if I did: I think I saw a compilation of them before I got to the museum episode and was like "oh they're adorable I totally ship this." Then I watched the museum episode and was like "yep I ship it."
my thoughts: Childhood friends to lovers is one of my all time favorite tropes so I was always going to end up shipping them.
What makes me happy about them: They balance each other out so well, I love that Louise is soft for him and I love that he tries to be brave and daring for her and how willing he is to go along with her schemes to a certain extent. And beyond romantically, they work as just a brotp too. They're friends first and that's really special.
What makes me sad about them: I want more episodes of them getting into shenanigans! They're so funny! Give me more of my boy Rudy, damn it!
things done in fanfic that annoys me: This might sound weird, but when they're made too cheesy. Like they're cute but don't have them be like overly affectionate, Louise would never lmao.
things I look for in fanfic: That their friendship stays intact despite what their relationship might be. Also friends to lovers, I want the build up and the pining!
Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: For Louise, Jessica or Chloe (listen that girl is bi okay). For Rudy, uhhhhhhh I guess Kaylee?? There aren't a whole lot of ships with him lol.
My happily ever after for them: They take over the restaurant for Bob and have like 6 dogs. Also maybe they adopt a little Jewish girl later on in life (because I cannot imagine Louise ever wanting to be pregnant).
who is the big spoon/little spoon: They switch it up. Some nights it's Rudy, some nights it's Louise. It really depends.
what is their favorite non-sexual activity: Watching true crime stuff together! They like to think of themselves as amateur detectives. Also people watching and making up stories for strangers they see passing by.
