got an op character and don't know how to bend the story around them? nerf them by making them honorable. they could explode your brain with their mind but that's not a fair fight. they could read your thoughts to find out your dastardly plan but even villains don't deserve that kind of invasion of privacy. a strict moral code is best on characters that could bring the world to its knees if only they felt it was justified
