2. Your most rewatched movie.A lot of my most rewatched movies are stuff that I watch when either I am feeling down and want a pick me up or I want something that I know I’ll enjoy. Honestly, I think Freddy vs Jason is the movie I’ve rewatched the most because it’s hilarious and entertaining and I love the final battle between the two so much, though Paul (that movie with Seth Rogen as an alien) is another one I rewatch a lot because I love Simon Pegg and Nick Frost and I know it will always make me laugh no matter what. What We Do in the Shadows is also a new contender for the most rewatched movie though too hahaha

24. A film you wish you had seen on the big screen. Get Out. I’m so mad I never saw it in theaters when I had every opportunity to, my horror film class even hosted an informal meet and greet to go see it together but because I had no friends in the class I didn’t go (and plus i didn’t live on campus so doing any campus activities were a pain in the ass). You figure I would have learned my lesson the second time around but I’ll probably miss out seeing Us too because I’ve been so busy lately so I guess I’m a hot mess lmaoooo

58. Favorite genres.Horror films will always be my top favorite genre, along with comedy. And even better, the horror comedy. Basically, I love a lot of horror subgenres too like the slasher and psychological horror, etc. Anything horror I love (with many exceptions to the rule but a lot of it depends on the plot because I can enjoy a B movie but then other times it feels like my intelligence is being insulted lol)

59. Least favorite genres.I absolutely cannot stand rom-coms. I find them really formulaic and I can see the ending coming from a mile away. I really have a hard time getting invested in characters too. Also that stupid fucking trope of “hey we have a problem and there’s a misunderstanding but i’m not going to talk to u about it and we’re just going to have this fake ass conflict that could be resolved in five seconds if we just talked with each other” i hate that trope and it needs to die. Granted there will still be some exceptions to the rule. For instance, I love To all the Boys I’ve Loved Before because that movie was really sweet and I actually cared about the characters and their relationship didn’t seem forced.

14. What makes you laugh no matter what? 

Talking to @dearmariacountjimin and @alltime-low daily, we’ve been talking non stop for over year and a half and goddamn i love my best friends, they even spend a week at mine this last summer and it was the best damn week of my life hands down. Also the hula part in Lion King where timon dances and sings

For a boy to text me a date when he can see me again lmao i like him alot

do you have a friend of the opposite sex that you can act your complete self around?I feel like I can be my complete self around most, if not all, of my friends, but one of my best friends does come to mind. We’ve known each other since high school, and for a few years of college he was the person I saw and talked to most often. We would go out to movies all the time and have really long, in-depth talks in the car. We don’t see each other as often anymore; life gets in the way, you know? But each time I do see him, it’s like no time has passed, and I know I never have to hide any parts of myself.

do you hate anyone at the moment?I don’t like to waste my energy on hate. There are people I’m upset with, or people that I dislike, but there’s no one that I feel any sort of hatred for. It’s not worth it, you know?

Sunrise and overalls

Sunrise: Pick a quote and describe what it means to you. “Keep me from remembering whatever wants me to remember it.” This is a line from “The Last Unicorn,” one of my favorite movies/books of all time. It’s a quote about losing who you are to what you wish you were. Amalthea is running from herself and letting herself be human in a way that no unicorn had ever been before. 

Overalls: What would you do with a billion dollars? I actually plotted this out. I would pay off my house, replace my car, set up an investment system that would allow me to live comfortably on the interest and if there was anything left over, I’d donate to the library and Caring for Creatures, our no-kill shelter.
