Recommended Enclosure Use:
Play with these items as you wish, but my intention was to provide as accurate of a CC Pack as I can for realism and storytelling purposes.
Hamster Cage – Perfect for 1 hamster with deep substrate to encourage natural burrowing behavior for optimal enrichment. Place on HMSTR table for optimal fit and swatch combinations.
Large Rodent Cage – Provides space for 2 ferrets or 4 rats. Place on a Cage Stand or on a stable table surface. Ferrets are largely free roam animals but should have an enclosure for when they are unsupervised or sleeping.
Small Rodent Cage – Suitable for 2 rats.
Guinea Pig Enclosure – Place any pet objects you would like within your guinea pig’s enclosure with bb.moveobjects on, such as a litter box, food bowl, or Rodent Play Tube. Place the Guinea Pig Enclosure Upper Tier in the provided slot to give your little friends more room to play.
Search Rodents or Kaiso to find the items from this CC pack.

To kick off the Carnival season, here's some old-time Calypso, Soca, and Kaiso tunes!
I specifically chose a few of these songs because they tackle issues plaguing Trinbagonian society, ranging from poverty (Pay de Devil) to the loss of culture (Kaiso Gone Dread), (bridging) interethnic divisions (Om Shanti Om) to sexism (Die with My Dignity). I will opine that Kaiso and Calypso songs are no longer as popular in the contemporary era as they used to be. This is an huge loss, especially regarding the "social commentary" part of the genre, which has always been a method of resistance against our governments and socio-political climates, both colonial and post-colonial.
Regarding the chosen Soca songs, one can argue that jumping up and feting is a form of resistance against our historical oppression as Caribbean people- rebellion against de massa who wanted our culture dead and buried- and this we thankfully have not lost in modern Trinbagonian music.
Carnival is inherently about resistance, legacy, and life, after all.

Chris Garcia has been singing professionally for more than 30 years. Beyond his well-known hit Chutney Bacchganal, he has recorded a version of the Lord's Prayer and songs about the death of George Floyed and a celebration of the medical teams during the pandemic. His career, he says, is, "Just pure music." He composed and wrote music during the pandemic, including a song celebrating the agricultural sector for the IICA. #calypso #kaiso #tent #music #Carnival #singer #performance #trinidad #trinidadandtobago #tuco #barrackyard #portofspain #tentexperience #motherofallcarnivals #2023 The Calypsonians 2020 began as an attempt to survey and record in portraits the calypsonians working in tents during each year's Carnival season. It is an imperfect record, dependent on the willingness of individuals to participate and tents to accommodate the project. The first photographs were made in 2020 with visits to five calypso tents. During the pandemic, it was continued in 2021 and 2022 with photos done in an office at the studios of WACK TV during streaming sessions hosted by the station.
