last week: 204.2
today: 206.6
staying accountable even when the scale keeps going in the wrong direction. though my scale does say 1.2lb of that is muscle increase which is nice. i like there’s a lot of water weight going on too since my sodium intake has been crazy high. it’s also that TOM.
〰️ def gonna work on eating less sodium this week. it’s been between 1-2k OVER the daily recommended amount almost every day lately 😬
i hope next time i decide not keeping up with my regular workouts is fine (not like a few rest days, which is in fact totally fine, healthy and good.. we’re talking ive been hardcore lacking motivation for weeks now) i remember these wow-i-did-a workout-yesterday sore legs im currently experiencing

Actually ran today. Haven’t since the 1st and all I did was a mile. I really needed to start going on longer runs weeks ago BUT better late than never 😅
