Uh sorry to the person I promised I'd make a MangaBondo hc post I haven't written ANYTHING down but I have hc rattling around in there.. Anyways I've been busy making shitposts of Class B for my Discord server emotes (Link in my pinned post btw come join us we're really cool!!)

Kamakiri & Class B Relationships Headcanons

My Togaru Kamakiri relationships thing! His thoughts on each of his classmates / their thoughts on him because I love him It also lets me include some headcanons about the other Class B members, so it's a win for everyone!!

Awase- “He’s interesting, but not that cool. I never get the chance to talk to him, though.” “He’s really intense, but that’s good sometimes, right? He did try to slice Kaibara once, but luckily everything worked out.”

Kaibara- “He’s a jerk sometimes, but he’s pretty cool aside from that. He just needs to try considering other people’s feelings before he tramples them.” “He’s freaky and way too emotional. He gets way too intense over Kuroiro.”

Kuroiro- “Shi’s so amazing… I could watch the same horror movie with him a million times and still love it. I’m glad that he’s always by my side, even if I’m… Hard to stand by.” “Togaru’s cool, even if he’s really intense about things. He always does his best to make people happy, but doesn’t always know how to… I’m always happy to help lead him in the right direction.”

Kendo- “She’s a good Class Rep, but she tries to boss me around too much. I don’t like how poorly she seems to think of me.” “A true wild card. I never know if he’s going to act up or calm others down when things get heated… It’s hard to trust him.”

Kodai- “She’s nice! Even if she’s a bit distant… Good with her Quirk, too! I wish I could get to know her a bit better, though.” “He’s aggressive. I try not to talk to him. But he seems to be a friend of Rin, so I suppose I may be able to trust him.”

Komori- “She’s small and loves mushrooms just as much as I love insects! I like being able to talk about them with her.” “Kiki’s super tall! And he likes learning about how mushrooms and his bugs live together, shroom!”

Shiozaki- “She’s really intense about her religion. It’s not really bad though… And she’s always there when the class starts to get intense. I understand why she’s not Vice Rep, but it’s kind of shocking she didn’t get picked.” “Despite his unsavoury ways, he has a good heart. His intensity can be problematic, but I’m happy to assist Tetsutetsu and the others if he needs to be held back.”

Shishida- “Shishida’s pretty cool! He gets rowdy sometimes and we have fun. He really is like a big dog once you get to know him!” “He’s really different when he’s Jack Mantis, but I suppose it means he has a good handle on his Hero Persona. I enjoy roughhousing with him from time to time, he’s able to take a lot and never goes too far.”

Shoda- “By-the-book nerd. I’m glad he’s not the Vice Rep anymore. His attitude really pissed me off.” “Way too agressive. The way he expresses anger by sharpening his fangs is deeply concerning. I feel like I should’ve reported it to Vlad King.”

Pony- “Surprisingly cheery and a bit airheaded. I can’t help but think she might be hiding something…” “He was really aggressive at first, but he calmed down and got super nice after the attack on the training camp. I wonder if it did something to him?”

Tsuburaba- “The last member of Kaibara’s trio. He’s smarter than he lets on! Scatterbrained, but overall pretty cool.” “He can slice through my Solid Air with his Blades! Learned that the hard way after Kaibara said something pretty shitty about Mutants… I’m glad everything turned out fine- But he’s really passionate about stuff! It’s actually really cool… If only I was interested in bugs like him.”

Tetsutetsu- “Tetsutetsu! A great training buddy, sparring partner, and overall friend! His Steel is one of the few things my Blades can’t cut, and he’s usually able to hold me down alone. It’s really good to have a friend like him for when I lose it a bit…” “Kamakiri! He’s super cool, and way strong! He helped me train up my Steel back at the training camp with his Blades, and he’s a great workout partner! He’s always happy to help with whatever training anyone wants to try- It’s so manly!”

Tokage- “After I found out she has a crush on me, I’ve felt weird about being around her. She keeps using my given name… I try not to talk to her anymore.” “Ah, Togaru. I love how we’re into all the same stuff. I just know he loves mountain climbing! And the amount he hangs out with Kuroiro, he’s probably a gamer, too. And he loves roughhousing! Like a match made in heaven~”

Fukidashi- “Hell yeah! Fukidashi’s so cool! He always knows how to help out, and he’s so nice! He’s really short, too, heh. His head’s also weirdly squishy most of the time. I wonder how he…” “Kamakiri’s pretty cool. I like being friends with him and Kuroiro, even if we don’t always talk. They’re nice to be around, and he’s always there to protect me! Walking around the mall with them is like having scary dog privilege, eheh…”

Honenuki- “I hope Honenuki doesn’t think bad of me. I used to be a bit agressive, and I never really talked to him until Shinso took Shoda’s place. I’m happy to call him a friend, though, even if he’s just our new Vice Rep.” “He can get a bit wild sometimes, but he’s really good with his Quirk. He’s got pretty good emotional control unless Kuroiro’s on the line, though with Kendo’s weariness on him, I usually have to talk to her if I think he should get a chance with something. Other than that, he’s a close ally, and I’m happy that he’s ready to defend the class at any cost.”

Bondo- “Bondo and Fukidashi are close friends, which I think is nice! They work well together, especially because of Bondo’s… Hesitance to speak. They’re a good duo, and I’m happy to have each of them as pals.” “He’s really set on defending Mutants. He seems to enjoy my crafts and he’s always there to listen if any of us needs to talk. I enjoy his presence, even if he does scare me when he gets upset.”

Monoma- “Not the greatest person in Class B. High-strung prick makes me want to slice his ego to bits, but I can’t ignore that he’s actually a good friend when he sets his mind on it. Despite how he may speak of Mutants without realizing, he’s a fine addition to the class.” “His ego is a bit too much, even for me. He’s arrogant from time to time, and doesn’t know when to shut his trap. Though, given the way he helped us secure victory in our exams a while back, I suppose I can give him some credit. If only he’d let me Copy his Quirk…”

Yanagi- “She’s a bit strange, but she’s got a powerful Quirk! She never really smiles or seems very happy, but she’s nice to a couple of the girls. She tries to avoid me though, so I never really talk to her.” “He attacked Sana before we even met. He’s wild and aggressive. Untrustworthy. Not to mention how he gets about Kuroiro. I’ll keep my distance. From both.”

Rin- “Rin’s a good friend of mine. His Scales are tough enough to take a couple blows from my Blades before they break, so he’s able to help hold me down alongside Tetsutetsu. He’s really good at cooking, too! And he’s always super chill, even when things start to get intense. I’m glad he’s a part of our class!” “Kamakiri is a good friend. Despite his outbursts, he always atones for anything he may have done wrong. He’s a kind soul and is always willing to help out. I cannot help but feel as though he is trying to make up for his past, though.”

Shinso- “I met Shinso last, after I had… Gotten used to U.A. We’re friends now, but I don’t know if he would have felt the same if he’d met me before…” “He’s quick, and good with his Blades. He mentioned one time while he thought I wasn’t listening that he used to do vigilante work, so I see why he’s so skilled. I admire his drive to become an actual Hero for it.”

Kamakiri being determined to visit Stain after he breaks out of Tartarus and Kuroiro comes along for emotion support He announces himself as "Ex-Vigilante, now Hero-in-Training Jack Mantis" which gets Stain's attention and decides to quiz him on his morals, a test of strength ensuing Kamakiri may be fast, but he's not used to actually SEEING Stain fight, so he fails to block an attack

One drop of blood is all Stain needs.

He gets frozen by Stain's Quirk, and as Stain moves to stab him and strike him down- Something he wouldn't truly do, and was only going to do as encouragement to get better- Gets hit by a surprise attack from Kuroiro

Kamakiri can't do anything but scream for Kuroiro to run, to save himself, unable to do anything for the first time in his life. Unable to protect someone for the first time in years- And it's his everything. Not just some random on the street, it's his heart and soul, his lifelong partner, his whole world.

Kuroiro gets sliced not after long, and is frozen. Kamakiri watches as Stain holds his blade above Kuroiro. Then...

Nothing. Stain puts his weapon away, allowing the two Heroes-in-Training to continue their work.

Kamakiri looks to him as he gives a final message: "Come find me once you’re ready to take me in- Become true Heroes. I’ll be watching out for you both."

Stain leaves the pair alone in their battleground, Kamakiri finally being freed from the effects of Bloodcurdle.

He runs to Kuroiro, sobbing, vowing he'll get stronger so he can protect Kuroiro, no matter how great the threat is.

"Even if the world is ending, I promise that we'll make it through together."

i need the kamakuro breakup to be rough and horrible and loud and painful and guttural and awful and i need kuroiro to regret it all and i need kamakiri to lose all the faith he had in humanity and give up on heroics and turn to villainy and i need them to meet on the battlefield years later and kuroiro starts to get kamakiri to see the good in people again but its an uneasy relationship and they still love each other after all this time but they've both changed so much that they don't know if the other still loves them back and they keep fighting and over time kamakiri relents and gives kuroiro one more try and he starts to see the good in humanity again and start fighting alongside the heroes again

When Kamakiri first moved into the dorms he thought it was some kinda trick. Or underhanded deal. Or some kinda way to watch him & his class. Luckily Kuroiro, master of tricks and underhanded deals, was able to soothe his fears on the matter

I'm sick. Which means. Now I'm thinking about Kamakiri being sick. And Kuroiro. Both of them. My spite knows no bounds.

Anyway so here's some sick hc for them

Kuroiro gets very mildly sick, so he's able to work and stuff but he's sick for a long time (Or maybe he's always sick for so long because he always works while he's ill...) But Kamakiri doesn't even let the poor guy walk while he's sick Carries him around the house & even to the bathroom if he needs. Readies a bath for him and sits with him while he soaks. Bathes him if he needs. Always on standby with tissues and anything else Kuroiro needs. After he recovers, Kuroiro tells him to not do that next time, but never does anything to stop him, and if he was really pushed, he'd admit he really enjoys when Kamakiri dotes on him.

Meanwhile Kamakiri gets DEBILITATINGLY sick. Like VERY ill. And he always tries to do everything himself STILL but he's like failing awfully because of how violently ill he is. Kuroiro has to hold him down and soothe him to sleep so he's not spending the whole day fighting and instead actually rests. He makes sure to do everything he can to help Kamakiri's condition while he's passed out. Kamakiri always brushes it off while he's sick But then tells Kuroiro how much it means to him once he's back in his right mind

Kamakiri Headcanons!!

Here's a small list of hc I have for Kamakiri because I love him

1- He's so bad with names.. Like horrible. He has a habit of just calling people "man" because he's bad with remembering names. It took him like over a month of staying in the dorms with his classmates before he actually learned most of their names. He doesn't even know the names of almost anyone in Class A.. But he knows his classmates' Hero names! And most of Class A's Hero names!! (I'll give another list of names in another post!)

2- He has a pet mantis and has had him for a couple years now.. He was Kamakiri's only friend before coming to U.A. He also talks to him every night, and makes sure to include him in his nightly routine!! Even after getting with Kuroiro & them basically sharing Kamakiri's room (since he has a bigger bed) he'd always make sure to spend time with his little buddy and talk to him at night. And before they moved to the dorms, he'd take him everywhere he went. Even at night when he did vigilante stuff.. Speaking of....

3- He used to do vigilante Hero work before getting into U.A. He'd steal from Villains & thieves and use their money to buy food for him and his pet mantis. He also saved up as much as he could to get into U.A. so he could become a real Hero... Also

4- He had to do the vigilante work cause he was homeless.. He was abandoned by his dad after his Quirk developed out of fear of him being a danger. He spent a lot of time on the streets and in Mutant-safe shelters as he got older. He'd also always get bullied so the poor guy had to fight back..

5- He used to call his head Blades "mandibles" but after a lot of time spent being Jack Mantis, people started calling them "fangs". He still calls them fangs, but he forgot why he does it.

6- He can sharpen his fangs at will, but he doesn't really do it outside of being in his Jack Mantis persona since moving into the dorms. They get sharper the more irritated or angry he is, though. Or if he feels threatened. But if he's calm, they stay dull.

7- He learned to sew his own clothes, and he actually made his Hero outfit. He's had it for a while now, and has been thinking about getting it updated ever since the Versus Training.. But even if he gets it updated, he'd still hold onto the old one. His jacket was bought a long time ago, and he patches any holes he makes in it accidentally when using his Blades. He forgot when he bought it, and where, but he hasn't seen any like it since.

8- He also added a black inner lining to the jacket so that Kuroiro can sit in it using his Quirk.. They love each other so much

9- He used to cut himself on his upper arms, but it's a habit he broke before moving into the dorms. He hid the scars from the class (including Kuroiro) for a while, but Kuroiro found out while they were in the hospital after the attack at the training camp. He told the class about them a while after moving into the dorms, and cut the sleeves off a couple of his short-sleeve shirts so he could show them off more. Now he's proud of them, since they're a symbol for what he had to go through to get into U.A... Even if that's not wholly true

10- He used to sleep really bad, and he'd make Blades in his sleep and thrash around if he has nightmares.. He doesn't really have them anymore unless he's in a really bad state of mind when he goes to sleep.... But since he usually sleeps with Kuroiro he just barely sleeps cause he doesn't wanna hurt him on those nights. Kuroiro's usually able to comfort him though even if he had a really bad day

Uhmm that's everything guys!! I love Kamakiri so much he's my fav guy ever.. I hope you guys like my headcanons.. Lemme know if I should think really hard and tell you guys about some more when they come to mind!!
