I think that if Barbara had become a trollhunter, Kanjigar's teachings would have had a much greater impact on her than on Jim. This is because Barbara is also a parent who is trying to protect her son from the dangers associated with her role as a trollhunter.

So you might notice that the colors aren't consistent thats because I'm just testing color palettes out for each character, I've had a lot of fun with these, its been a great way to distract from the fact that I'm sick

So some of y’all probably know of “Wizards Corrupt”

Well, a bit ago I reread it, and it was dog awful

But now being a better analytical reader and writer, I am going to revive this rewrite from about 4 years ago

Long live Arcane Order Jim!

Anyways, here’s an image from said rerewrite with ideas I had for designs of a younger Kanjigar, Blinky, and Draal, with Jim’s Wizards’ outfit

FIRST WEEK OF OC-tober 2025

Starring a new Fancharacter from Tales of Arcadia: Shara, Son of the Shadows. Shara is Angor Rot's and Neala's child, born as a promise of a future which never came to be. Given Angor left and joined Morgana, Neala had to make a choice: To leave their kid in the hands of the former Trollhunter. Kanjigar The Corageous, who graciously took the youngling as his own, growing alongside Draal in Hearstone Trollmarket.

These Sketches are exploratory, given Shara's lore is pretty much still a WIP.

Still, I'll explain a bit of what's going on in these first 10 days.

DAY 1: Shara is one of my favorites, even if he is very new to this whole song and dance, but it gives me a chance, story-telling wise, Neala can't. Give me a inside man...troll...in Hearstone Trollmarket, thus, giving us a new POV of the whole series.

DAY 2: Case and point, Shara is Turk/Celt, given Angor is most probably a Turk Troll and Neala comes from Ancient England, making Shara a guy with arabesque features and a tall build with celt attributes. His human form would appear around season 2, after Blinky turns into one from the fumes of the Volcano. With Vendel's help, Shara would create an amulet from the lava which, while remaining hot, would provide a human appearance, the colder it gets, the effect vanishes.

DAY 3: As said before, Kanjigar adopted the spawn of Gunmar's Hellhound and Morgana's Champion, still, Shara is way kinder than his title and/or procedence may give away, all thanks to being partially raised in an era when Angor was still a hero and Neala was his partner, also thanks to Kanjigar's late adoption, giving him a chance to grow far from conflict.

DAY 4: Remember when Angor died at the forge? Well...while everyone was running to the bridge to keep Jim from going to the Darklands, Shara remained behind, picking up the pieces of the one he once called father. Angry for his abandonment.

DAY 5: But, as said before, there was a time when they were a family. When Shara was a seed of hope for both, and their small group of refugees. Both parents would do anything to keep the little one from harm...

DAY 6: This is an AU, which belongs to pride_flame on Instagram. Long story Short, after a great final battle, destiny completes the Rot's fate by taking Shara's eyes with a slash from an Omen.

DAY 7: He's a bartender in Bagdwella's, a self made mixologist and brewer who reinvented the drinking game in Trollmarket.

DAY 8: Like I've said over in Neala's Art Fight Profile. As far as I know, trolls are born from a stone infused with the power of the Heartstone, but when Neala was born as a blank-minded adult, Shara was born as the youngling from DAY 5. Still, this was a ritual done to raise their hope for a batter tomorrow, bringing forth a new member of both lineages, as both are the last of their kind.

DAY 9: Did Shara was troublesome? Somewhat. He's young, younger than most trolls on the market, after all, when the series begins, he's 18 or 19 years old in human standards. So, who says he didn't adopt certain trends as the years went by? And thanks to @paepaerest lovely Paeusauj, he might have had access to human fashion.

DAY 10: Returning to pride_flame's AU. Douxie and Claire have a daughter in the future, after Wizards' first battle with the Order. This child, is Eleanor who, given certain circunstances I won't spoil, meets Shara as he's looking for a way to solve a certain issue. Both connect and end up having a sweet relationship until...tragedy strikes. I'll leave you to wonder on the rest.

After Strickler forced Nomura to get rid of her son, she hid him in a cave in the forest. Immediately after that, Tadao took him and brought him to Kanjigar.

Tadao;

He looks like my sister, but he also looks like your son.

Kanjigar;

Thank you for bringing him to me. I would not allow my grandson to join Gunmar's army. He will be safe here in the world of ghosts.

Tadao;

I'm glad you accepted it. But what will others say? You know how they feel about half-breeds. You might get into trouble.

Kanjigar;

I don't care what others say! This is my son's son. My own grandson. And he will never be a stranger to me. I will take care of him. I will pull him up and raise him. And one day, he will meet his father and mother.

Tadao;

That's noble of you.

Kanjigar;

No one can take care of a child better than their grandfather.
