Yes. A million times over, yes. At this point in his life, what else does he have to lose? Aside from Laserbeak, of course. But, even she agrees with Soundwave's earnestness.

The spy immediately nods his helm, palm pressed flatly over the thick glass adorning his chest. How else could he possibly explain to Megatron that he wanted this? Having any sort of connection between the two of them would be beneficial for everyone involved. Soundwave didn't care about risks of contamination, or even death. He didn't care if Unicron somehow managed to bleed into his thoughts and infect his spark. It didn't matter.

"Worth dying for you," Soundwave pieced together. Megatron's words, followed by an old recording of his own voice from before his Vow in the early days of the war. "My spark belongs to you. Let me help."

It wasn't exactly unusual to be summoned by his leader. There was just not much reason for it most of the time, considering their usual proximity. If Soundwave wasn't actively by Megatron's side, then he was usually out in the field, or recharging. He spent most of his time in the Warlord's presence. So, when he received a ping asking him to report to the bridge, Soundwave was a little surprised.

It was late, and he had been about to retire to his quarters when the message came through. Without hesitation, Soundwave turned himself around and made his way towards the bridge. When he entered the room, it was mostly empty, save for a couple of Vehicons that were actively monitoring the ship. Soundwave approached his leader, helm cocked slightly to the side in a questioning glance. He came to a stop when they were only a few feet away, and despite his lack of a face, his body language screamed curiosity.
