Karnage - Dystopian Synthesis

While setting out a navigation course, Kit accidently makes a slip of the tounge.

Karnage and Kit had a mentor/protege, father/son relationship(not neccesairly a HEALTHY one of course), and, little kids do tend to look up and cling to adults, even if they dont deserve it.

Realising his mistake he trys to backpedal fearing Karnages reaction. Most likley he'll be insulted. With his ego, vanity and naricissm. He is not the boys father, an oberblown babysitter, and being called "Dad" could be construed with being called "Old"...

HOWEVER the reaction is a suprise. Along with Karnages ego, he does seem to expect people to think hes wonderful. With the kid being his protege he'd probabaly expect that and his affection. Being called "Dad" is the highest badge of honor in that area.

Kit is confused as this was not one of many reactions he expected
