Thankful for wildflowers and the abundance of live oaks in my neighborhood 🌸🌳
I've really been struggling with anxiety and feeling like I'm not smart enough to make it through these classes online. I've been sleeping more (which takes away from studying), and is why I ran around 9am instead of 6:30am.
I will say though, I've been looking forward to my workouts more than I ever have in my life. I was feeling so helpless and crappy yesterday, and I was counting down the minutes until I could break to workout.
I didn't run yesterday, but I did do two at-home YouTube leg and glute workouts by MadFit 🍑 The day before, I did my C25K and in the afternoon did two arm workouts, the first by Blogilates (who I didn't like, she reminded me too much of a bad 80's aerobics instructor) and the second by MadFit 💪 I didn't realize what noodle arms I have! 🍝 I knew it was bad, but I didn't realize it was oh-god-I-can't-do-tricept-exercises-with-more-than-two-pound-weights bad 😬
No where to go from here but up! 👆
