#tbt to a very humbling L-Sit experience.
Accumulate 2 mins total time in an L-Sit hold. Sure, no problem!
I quickly learned I could hold an L-Sit for a MAXIMUM of 10 seconds, this was going to take awhile... 🤦🏻♀️

#tbt to the fun part of #18point3 which was the muscle ups!
Wish I had about 30 more seconds to tackle these. That’s right, I’m looking at you time-sucking-failed-20th-overhead-squat-rep! 👀
All and all I really enjoyed seeing how close I could get to completing the 12 muscle ups in what was left of the 14 min time cap.
Should probably learn proper kipping technique for my muscle ups one of these days.
Snatches were feeling pretty good this morning. Maybe it was the rays of sunshine, I mean energy-saving overhead lights, that blessed my training this morning.
Camera, why are you so streaky this morning🤔
For this special edition of #FailFriday here are all my February fails.
#FailFriday is dedicated to maxing out my hang power clean earlier in the week, the no-hook-no-feet variation.
Feet...why you move?! 😅
I checked my programming about 7 times this morning...each time it was the same.
Yep, 20 sets. OK, let’s do this! 💪🏼
#PanicModeLift of the week goes to the heavy single in my Power Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk complex where I BARELY make the power clean and end with some-kind-of-miracle wobbly jerk. Wasn’t pretty...but I’ll take it!
Followed by all the hang clean parts of the complex, because I suck at those.
#tbt to a back squat PR. The struggle was real...ly slow.
