guys i really fucks with this episode… i really fucks with 4.03… i think it’s one of the best writing decisions the show has made in a long time bc, this was brought up on twitter, but it answers the essential question of the show: will eve catch villanelle?
and now she has. so it should all go away right? all the feelings, all the passion, all the fucking care should go away?
now that she’s locked up. but the thing is… that’s what eve wants. that’s what she’ll think will happen. she wants to believe this relationship isn’t real, and this is the logical way for her to get to the point. however, it’s a point she’ll never reach.
despite her anger, despite her absolute rage she has toward this woman that has destroyed her life, she’s still in love with her.
it’s indisputable. and in the following episodes, she’ll realize that. her and villanelle are tied together, and it’s not something that is just going away.
