i just spent like 5 minutes checking all of the different formulations of metamucil to make sure they were all some combination of husk, sugar, and "natural flavoring" so id say i phoned it in like 3 hours ago

The Looming Challenge
My office has been usable for a bit and I have been using it. I watch Flash and Legends in it, set-up Instagram photos, prep soon to be wall-hangings and of course, organize comics. It's that last bit that is becoming a problem. I have 20 plus long boxes sitting in there with 13 plus year-old comics and growing. As much as I like having a collection, Conor of iFanboy reminded me in a recent podcast just how absolutely troubling this is going to be, REALLY SOON. So I have made the decision to cut down. Knock out anything I will never read again and couldn't conceivably sell. There is no where nearby I can go to get rid of them. Do I put the effort into online selling? Do I try and dump it on my library? Do I take multiple trips into the city and use the donation place that iFanboy suggested? I have done minimal research to see if there is a place similar to that around me with no results. Ignoring all this...where do I even start making the cuts? Quality is my obvious choice but how high is my bar? It's not like I won't eventually have my own space to let the collection spread. I do look forward to doing it though. And I finally will get to this weekend. Maybe tumblr will get updates as I go along.
Ru-ru-ru-RUMOR: DC Relaunches Again
Apparently all last week there were talks of DC re-launching again. New number 1′s across the board, maybe a new universe. Ignoring whether it’s true or not, do I want it?
Kind of. As much as I have championed the risk and new takes of the new 52, especially in the DCYou, they have spoiled a lot of potential. iFanboy notes the problem best. To paraphrase them; DC uses relationships that in a new universe, feel entirely unearned.
Where I split off from this train of thought is the possibility in the new relationships that have been created. Sometimes good, sometime bad.
But even this little bit is entirely speculation. So let’s hold off a little longer until we start fearing/wondering again.
Nerves
Constant impossible sensation on the my shoulder blades. Like the weak pressing of a dull knife. Familiarity is key. Once I know it, it'll feel like a hug. Depressing? Yes. Temporary? I can guarantee that.
