AHAHAHAHAAH oh man uhh lance def keeps his closed, i think, and up until keith mentions the ridiculous possible enemies sneaking in thing, it was more like the byproduct of having siblings. he def had to do the whole “close the door when you leave--veronica i said close the door!!” trying to get privacy where he could in a busy home like that

keith keeps his open yes, bc even when he’s asleep he’s ready; he’s a light sleeper and he’s afraid of nothing. like lance gets up at night to get a glass of water and when he stumbles back to the bedroom, all he sees are two bright yellow eyes locked on him from inside and he shrieks like. tell me that doesn’t happen

anyway they compromise and keep it slightly ajar.
