DECLAN CALLAGHAN

26 YEARS → NICO TORTORELLA → KELTAR → OPEN

Declan is one of the last remaining direct descendants of the Keltar clan, but he wants no part of the legacy.  For most of his adult life, he has been dedicated to becoming and excelling as a tattoo artist in Dublin, and was well on his way to becoming a renowned artist when the walls fell and derailed not only his life, but all of humanity, as well.  Since the event, Declan has been avoiding other Keltar and the responsibility that comes with the name, unwilling to enter the fight.  He may offer guidance on occasion, because unfortunately his bedtime stories consisted of Fae lore, but he insists that this isn’t his fight.  Only time will tell who or what could inspire him to join the war.
