Handmade burgers
I've made 4 special ones with sliced mozzarella in the middle, but apart from that no sugar, no starch, no crap. Just 100% 🐄, 20% fat.

If you want to know a bit about me, I am Lucie, 30 years old and French, and yes I am currently registered with a hospital to receive weight loss surgery in the UK (where I've been living for about 6 or 7 years now) hopefully before 2019.
Why am I doing keto if I'm going to have wls? Because we never know, I could have to exit the program or see my surgery cancelled.. and it doesn't hurt to try and lose weight before having surgery anyway. I have a 15kgs window to lose weight, if I'd lose more I would be off the program as my bmi would be too low BUT I know myself and i know that's not going to happen any time soon because so far I've been very bad and lazy 😖.
So I’ve finally found a 100% keto friendly yoghurt in Holland & Barrett. Per 100g - 52kcal, 3.3g fat, 0g sugar, 0.4g carbs an 4g of protein.
Btw it tastes amazing with a spoonful of almond butter.
Started Day 1
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs with butter

I also planned all my meals ahead of the day. Success!!
