You guys, Im switching up macros a bit! (macros stands for macronutrients, which are fat, protein and carbs). Im upping my protein intake and decreasing my fat! My goal is more weightloss, so Im gonna be experimenting with little changes like this (swipe➡️ to see F,P,&C/ tbsp of liquid) in my morning coffee! . Of course my daily intake depends on the type of day I have, whether I'm doing resistance training, hiit, having a sedentary day, or if its the week before my period/carb up day, but overall, these macro ratio changes are going to be the general daily goal:See change below⬇️ . Before: Fat 117- 130g Protein 72 - 100g Netcarb 20g ... Now Fat 88g Protein 130 to 150g Netcarb 25 to 30 net carbs min (up to 100 on a carb-up day with whole foods). . The first year of my weight-loss I kept things very strict and never switched up my macros, I always ate at a deficit, and always did intermittent fasting (IF)16:8, which possibly slowed down my metabolism. I've worked hard to bring it back up with refeeding days and switching up my IF windows every single day (as well as no longer doing IF on weekends and doing one 24-hour fast per week) and so im excited to hit some new goals with allthe new information about metabolic flexibility I have been learning in my keto certification program with @ketogeniccom .
