INGREDIENTS 2TBSP GHEE 2TBSP AVOCADO OIL 1 6.6 OZ CAN SLICED MUSHROOMS 30 TO 50 WILD CAUGHT DEVEINED AND PEELED SHRIMP 1.5 OZ ARTICHOKE HALVES IN WATER, SLICED UP. 4 TBSP OREGANO 1/2 TBSP CAYENNE (I PROBABLY PUT MORE) 1TSP PINK SALT 1/2TBSP PEPPER 1TBSP PAPRIKA TOSS IN A SPRINKLE OF SOME DRIED GREEN ONIONS AND BASIL IF YOU HAVE IT. WHATEVER. 1/2CUP FULL FAT UNSWEETENED COCONUT MILK 1/2 CUP BEEF BROTH I USED ALL ORGANIC Directions Saute the mushrooms and artichoke in the oil once they are warmed and sauteing add shrimp and seasonings and cook until shrimp is Pink. Add in bone broth and coconut milk and cook until the liquids are hot.
