Ingredients: 4 cups kale leaves, stems removed and chopped. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup cucumber, diced. 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped. 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds. 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds. 2 tablespoons hemp seeds. 1/4 cup avocado, diced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put kale, olive oil, and lemon juice in a large bowl and mix them together. For two to three minutes, rub the kale leaves between your hands until they get soft and bright green.
