ugh stupid eene folk horror au is brewing inside my mind. rolf since you are my favorite i have to torture you i'm so sorry

anyway this au would be about rolf finding strange stuff buried on his farm and strange symbols start appearing in his shed. the idea i had was like maybe the wolf-headed man from rolf's childhood comes back (maybe some sort of eldritch creature taking on it's appearance) and wants to take rolf for reasons unknown lol. (wait i have an idea. maybe he wants rolf to be a vessel, an "eternal worker", a machine. idk an idea) maybe it's a cult idk. rolf refuses to tell anybody about since he feels that it's his responsibility to deal with but over one insane, bloody night, the whole neighborhood finds out they have to band together to defend rolf and maybe defeat the wolf-man once and for all

this story idea would not leave my head so. i wrote a hypothetical scene from it. i wrote it at like 10:30 pm so it's probably not that good. excuse my tired sick cringe ass

lemme yap about kevrolf for a bit. i feel like kevin would fall first, like maybe in high school he starts really becoming aware of his bisexuality and aware of his crush on rolf? like i feel like he does canonically have a crush on nazz but also he would develop a crush on rolf that he's unaware is a crush, especially in the later seasons. kevin would have a lot of toxic masculinity stuff to work through, especially around liking men lol. rolf would take a longer time to develop feelings for kevin, especially with my demiromantic headcanon for him, but i think sometime after he realized he was gay (when older, maybe in high school) he would start thinking about kevin and like be unable to keep kevin out of his mind :) his good friend kevin :) hey what's this feeling in his chest whenever he thinks about kevin? and then he would hang out with kevin and be like Oh. is this what a crush feels like? am i in love? (kevin would assume rolf wants nothing to do with romance and thus assume he had no chance with rolf at this point lol) rolf starts acting awkward towards kevin, which makes kevin assume he offended him somehow and start acting awkward towards him and this creates this awkward feedback loop until someone notices and finally forces them to actually talk about what's bothering them. and then yay :) kevrolf
