Gluten-Free Cap Creations
Instead of frying them, these chicken nuggets are baked, which is better for you. You can eat them as a snack or for a dinner with your family.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 eggs, beaten.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. First, coat each piece of chicken in beaten eggs. Then, coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put the chicken pieces on it. Heat the oven and put the chicken in it. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it is golden brown and cooked all the way through.

Ingredients: 4 slices of white bread. 8 slices of American cheese. 8 slices of cheddar cheese. 8 slices of Swiss cheese. 8 slices of ham. 8 slices of turkey. 8 slices of salami. 1 cup of grape tomatoes. 1 cup of baby carrots. 1 cup of cucumber slices. 1/2 cup of black olives. 1/2 cup of green olives. 1/2 cup of pickles. 1/2 cup of mustard. 1/2 cup of ketchup. 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
Instructions: Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. For each sandwich, place a slice of white bread on a clean surface. Layer 2 slices of American cheese, 2 slices of cheddar cheese, 2 slices of Swiss cheese, 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of turkey, and 2 slices of salami on top of the bread. Place another slice of white bread on top to create a sandwich. Lightly butter the outside of each sandwich. Place the sandwiches on the preheated griddle or skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. While the sandwiches are cooking, arrange grape tomatoes, baby carrots, cucumber slices, black olives, green olives, and pickles on a charcuterie board or platter. Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add green beans and cook for 4-5 minutes until they begin to soften but are still crisp. Return the chicken to the skillet with the green beans. Pour soy sauce or tamari sauce and sesame oil over the chicken and green beans, stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
