The aerial hammock becomes less of a yoga prop and more of a dance partner as kids learn to gain confidence and grace with their movements. This class is more structured than a KIDS Aerial Yoga class. We follow a set routine designed to condition and warm the body while maintaining all the fun and creativity the hammock allows. In all dance classes, kids work on skills that encourage enhanced concentration, flexibility, body awareness, and overall well-being. Watch them amaze you as they perform in front of family & friends at their “final performance!” Side note: This class is not a competition! Modifications are available for all & children’s’ strengths and comfort will be first and foremost to blend a seamless performance. Each class will begin and end with proper warm-ups and stretching to insure safety. Each class will also end with a resting Savasana, to re-ground the children before we give them back to you ☺ Circus here we come!
