The lost wanderer giggled. He really enjoyed the kisses from all of his friends. It was very good to see all of them! Including the greycloaks!
Ancestors (RP with Kileca)
"Kvailas, are you quite sure about this?" asked Vanem in a worried tone of voice as he neared the end of his travel. "She is so young. I should not have asked about her Ancestor in the first place." I sensed something through her distress, came the thoughts of Vanem's Ancestor Kvailas. Something familiar. "But you can always sense something like that with other Wayfarers. The mere presence of an Ancestor does not mean the Wayfarer will be able to commune with it anytime soon, or at all." No, Vanem, said Kvailas. It is more than that. I am afraid I am unable to tell you more. Vanem sighed. He tried not to be upset with Kvailas, but ever since Vanem had arrived unexpectedly in this land, his Ancestor has been increasingly secretive, claiming ignorance in matters in which Vanem believed Kvailas ought to be more knowledgeable. And then there was this: his insistence that Vanem attempt to help Kileca contact and commune with her Ancestor. Kvailas refused to say why this was so important, leaving Vanem to conjure a reason to tell Kileca. This would not be the first time Vanem had assisted in such an effort. He did this with Companions many times on the Journey. Yet in all his previous attempts, his Companion had already begun to sense a connection and simply did not understand what it was. Even then, the effort was substantial, and Vanem usually had time to advance his Companion only one step of the way. I will assist you, said Kvailas. Vanem was not sure that promise was as reassuring as Kvailas had intended. He arrived at Kileca's abode, and when she appeared before him, he raised his mask and smiled at her. "Good morning, Kileca. The other day, when I asked you about your Ancestor, your response struck a chord with me. I thought I might be able to help you learn more about your Ancestor. Perhaps if you could at the very least sense your Ancestor's presence, it may ease some of your fears."
Lethe woke in surprise when he felt a nip on his nose. Right now, he was staring at a young female wayfarer with wide eyed.
I guess I should have not taken a nap in the open next time.
Rubbing his nose, he wondered why was the wayfarer… Wait what has the young one done to his nose?
((Sorry for the late reply ne! >.<''))
