I'll never get tired of seeing Cryos' face when Graveheart makes him think. This is an old, Canadian-made animated series I used to watch. Cute ice-bug is cute. Face is so mobile and expressive it's adorable.
I don't expect everyone to know this show, but I loved it.
Today I was looking for an old drawing on my documents I wanted to share...I couldn’t find it though XD And in it’s place I found some other old drawing I was looking for some time ago but I couldn’t find. So I decided to share this one instead of the other I had planned, hehe.
Some people over the years have asked me why my nickname is “Atrixfromice". Well, this resolves the mystery. :D
Some years ago when the internet came to modern life, I was a pre-teen that felt in love with some alien King character called Cryos....From Ice Planet. His planet literally was called “Ice”, and he was from a cartoon show called Shadow Raiders, or War Planets on some countries. Here in mexico they aired it as Shadow Raiders.
And I didn’t only loved the character, but also the species in general, it was one of the most fascinating, elegant and beautiful looking species I’ve ever had the pleasure to see! In both, biology and looking, they were amazing! So that’s why that was my first nickname on the internet (also because “atrix” alone was already taken on yahoo and hotmail, that were the popular sites to use internet with back then) and later, when people started to know about my art, it became my artist name.
So, here a drawing of me as an alien from Planet Ice, hope you like it!
Oh and about Cryos, yes I still love him ^^ He was my first cartoon crush in fact, hehe. I’ve talked about him as in regards of personality and why I like him on deviantart, if you would like to give it an eye, so I don’t repeat the same, is HERE
While King Cryos will always have the first spot as Sassy King of my Heart, King Rishi is very quickly rising to a close second.
