MCC8: Why the Pink Parrots Did So Well
To everyone saying Techno and Dream would just be fighting or whatever, TAKE THAT YOU SUCKERS, THEY’RE FRIENDS AND YOU CAN’T CHANGE IT.
Seeing as I only watched Techno’s POV, I’ll be writing in terms of him. Let me just start off by saying, they didn’t practice at all? Here we all were, looking like fools and thinking they would try and break the games.
Nope, it’s just their pure skills, all four of them, that got them the win.
I don’t know what changed from MCC7, maybe Dream realised his behaviour wasn’t the best, but I felt nothing but positivity and encouragement from him all through this MCC.
Techno’s stream started and immediately you could tell the vibes were IMMACULATE. Burren’s humour killed me throughout the entire event, and all four of them bounced off each other’s jokes so WELL. Had me smiling so hard, I loved it. (When Burren started rapping to the MCC Countdown I FUCKING LOST IT) You could tell Dream and Techno were comfortable with each other, with Dream giving his Dream Tips to Techno for the parkour, and Dream like reaching out to Techno for help at every situation :D
Starting with Parkour I think, Dream nailed it - he completed the new parkour 1st try, and as much as I pretend to hate on the guy, he really clutched up here, especially giving everybody tips and encouragement.
Burren and Michael killed Bingo and Build Mart, just like I knew they would! Burren really popped off and secured himself as a great PvPer in my eyes in Battle Box, and Dream and Techno did great in Ace Race, despite the many slip ups they had. Burren also came 11th I think, which is amazing too!
AND LET’S NOT FORGET DODGEBOLT. Techno with 6 kills, Burren with 6, Dream with 4 and Michael with 2? They all pulled their weight and did great! Burren clutched up out of nowhere, nobody saw that coming, and I’m just so glad Hbomb didn’t get that 2v1 or my heart would’ve given out, honestly.
This team was so much fun to watch, Dream was really mature and a pleasure to listen to in Techno’s POV, and JLemongrass’ thumbnail was gorgeous!
It’s so crazy to me that they didn’t practice at all tho like what? They’re all just honestly skilled at what they do.
