To the General Public,

When you finish your meal please don't stuff your napkin into your bowl or cup (this goes double when there is a significant amount of liquid/sauce inside). We have to pick it out and by the time it gets to us it sticks making it so much harder to get to.

When you get offered sauce sachets that you don't want please just leave them on your table, it's a faff to try and pick it off your plate. If for some reason you need to put them on there, separate them from your food.

When you order please don't get something you don't want. If you don't like tomatoes, don't get tomatoes. If you don't like tartar sauce, don't get tartar sauce. There's so much food waste as is from people not finishing their meals please don't contribute by not even touching the things you get.

When you see someone in the kitchens stretching their backs or shaking their legs please don't give out funny looks, we spend the majority of our time leaning over fryers, ovens and sinks. The relief of being able to stretch is second to none. Seeing people looking in a way that says 'really?' makes us stop and causes more pain in the long run.

There are many more things that I cant think of right now but these are the worst.
