I tripped and wrote a short little thing for Kitlafey. I hope you enjoy! This is dedicated to @huffleporg @sweet-bun-love and @deweysdenouement and anyone else who wants to jump on this OT3 with us. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kit wasn’t sure exactly how they had ended up here. Here was the couch in the sub, sub library deep under the Hotel Denouement, her back comfortably resting against the chest of her favorite young nobility member of their fair city. She could feel his lips on her neck, normally she would accuse him of trying to distract her from what was in front of her but she knew that though he would likely not admit he wouldn’t change a thing about the scene in front of him. Kit’s lap was currently filled with the youngest Denouement triple, as she kissed him hungrily her hands were working to devoid him of his dress shirt, that days suit jacket had already been removed. The night before Kit had been confronting her boyfriend about a drunken kiss Dewey had given her the week previous at one of the many VFD parties the hotel had hosted. And about how Kit hadn’t been able to stop thinking about it since. She wasn’t sure how Olaf would respond to her, but the last thing she had expected was for him to suggest they try to seduce him, together. When she had coughed, choking on her tea at the suggestion, Olaf had called her a prude, before asking if it was just that she was too jealous to watch him with another man. Kit didn’t need any further convincing that Olaf had the right idea for how to deal with her crush. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It’s short and sweet and I had to cut it off there otherwise I would have turned it into smut real quick.
Everyone and their mothers knows that I adore Kit Snicket with all my heart and soul, and I headcanon that Dewey and Olaf (because of COURSE im bringing this ot3 into this) would try and one-up each other with nicknames for her- some far more ridiculous then others
Kit has been given:
Kit-kat Kitten/kitty/ Kat Skittle Kitling Muskit (because shes badass) Stickit Snickers Snickity Kiki Kissy K.K. Slider Biskit Baskit Kinetic Kissnic Kitrina im all out of ideas for now but feel free to add your own!

Happy Valentine’s Day. I’m depressed so have some Kitlafey holiday goodness. @huffleporg @sweet-bun-love @deweysdenouement ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dewey made the reservation, of course. It was under a fake name, both because he didn’t exist and because if he had tried to make a reservation under his own name any sort of romantic evening he tried for would be quickly ruined by two brothers too interested in his love life for there own good. He had also spent the last week crafting two perfect bouquets for his loves. For Olaf, there was a single Gardenia surrounded by a wall of purple Hyacinth. The Gardenia signified secret love and the Hyacinths were meant to show playfulness. The two men's relationship was an odd one, to say the least, but through the last few months of whatever it is they were doing Dewey had developed actual, legitimate love for Olaf. Dewey was still intimidated at times, everything about Olaf and Kit’s relationship was playful and fast and firey and Dewey hadn’t had the opportunity for much of anything like that before but for as much as he found them intimidating he loved them both even more. For Kit, he had struggled to pick the flowers for more than he had with Olaf’s. He wanted to find flowers that conveyed how unspeakably perfect she was to him. He had searched through countless books looking for some combination of flowers that could communicate the way her smirk could just render him absolutely useless for a few moments. He finally had realized that perhaps that was too much to convey with flowers, he settled for a simple arrangement of six Gardenia and six red Tulips, signifying passion and declarations of love. Kit brought dinner in with her from the city, though if you had asked her what she was bringing she would have simply winked and replied that her in this dress was enough of a gift for any man. The dress was skin tight read lace with an off the shoulder neckline that made her look like she belonged on the cover of some kind of bodice ripper novel. It made her feel powerful and sexy as she stepped out of her taxi in front of the Hotel Denouement, clutching the plastic Italian take out bags that had more food than any two people needed but just enough for a romantic candlelit dinner for three. Olaf brought the wine, of course. One bottle of white, a lightly oaked Chardonnay that he had been assured was the best Chardonnay one could purchase on short notice in the city, for Dewey. One bottle of red, Nero d’Avola, the very best from his families personal wine cellar, for him and Kit. One bottle of Prosecco with lemon and raspberry accompany, for dessert. He was also running late. Kit had insisted it would draw too much attention if they arrived together so Olaf grumbled but did as she said. Olaf was the last to arrive, of course, room 635 just like Dewey’s telegram said. He entered the hotel room panting slightly from running down the hallway, for once actually slightly embarrassed by his perpetual lateness. Every surface of the room was covered in candles that Dewey had carefully laid out. The small hotel table made for two had two bouquets in the center surrounded by a meal made for three delivered by Kit. Kisses were exchanged and wine added to the table. It was the three’s first Valentine’s day together and they had all certainly decided to make it a memorable one.
I’m putting it out there that the portmanteau for Olaf/Kit/Dewey OT3 should be Kitlafey, because it sounds like taffy.
@madlovve @sweet-bun-love, what say you?
