Possessed!Luke = Kluke The Clock God

My Brother Has Declared it.

“So then they realize that Kronos is possessing Luke and they’re frozen in like fear. Cause, you know. Titan Lord. Luke-Possessed-by-Kronos is giving this monologue and then the mortal girl -“

”Kluke.”

”What.”

”Kronos is the clock guy, right? So... Clock, plus Kronos, plus Luke. Kluke.”

”You want me to call him Kluke?”

”Yeah! Kluke the Clock God!“

And then I died laughing.

So everyone, my brother has decreed it: Kronos-Possessed!Luke is now Kluke The Clock God.

As one of my first hybrid dolls, I'm very happy with how she turned out. It was honestly just pure luck that the head fit so well and I'd love to use this kind of shape for any future anime-inspired dolls I do.

I tried her dress once before, but the fabric just wasn't right so I decided to just start over, and I'm glad I did as her new dress just fitted so much better. Goes to show, if it's not going well then starting over is always an option!

If I could redo her, I'd probably try and redo the face as, even though I tried to enlarge her eyes to make her head look less huge, I may have done them a bit too big. In future, sketching and returning may be a better approach. I would also be more precise with the hair as now I would do the hairline with loose wefts instead of pre-glued ones to give a more natural transition. Despite these points, I'm still really happy with how she turned out

Blue Dragon may not be an especially good game, but it was a big part of my life. Happy birthday, Kitty! :)

The head didn't come with any pre-plugged holes so I stuck with wefts. Her hairstyle isn't especially long anyway and wefts usually make a more manageable short style anyway.

It's funny that Akira Toriyama also has a trademark shoe style as well, one which i recreated simply with scrap leather.

With the face, I wanted to scale it up ever so slightly so it makes her head look less huge. It was super rewarding emulating Akira Toriyama's style and it was a lot of fun painting in a more directly anime style than what I'm used to.

As the style of Blue Dragon is so distinct I really wanted to create a hybrid with a more anime shape to it. The base is a Hermione Granger Harry Potter doll due to its less stylised shape and the head I found off of Aliexpress.

Considering that I didn't actually compare exact measurements of the two, the fact they fit perfectly was a tremendous blessing.
