Day 1949 - I completely forgot that I wrote a section for the quarterly sustainability newsletter, so that was a fun surprise.
Day 1882 - My city’s sustainable e-newsletter went out today including a little blurb I wrote about our plastic pollution. Not much too it, but I like volunteering to spearhead tasks like this at work.
Day 1864 - I’m learning about the recycling/composting rules in the city where my internship office is because those coworkers now ask me all kinds of recycling questions (yay). The rules can be different in every city (even neighboring ones!), so you really need to do your research.
Day 1814 - Had an extra great zero waste shopping trip at Whole Foods today. Picked up some prepared hot food and salad to take to a friend dinner and answered questions from multiple people interested in bringing their own jars (first time I’ve been asked!)
