A very interesting detour to look into our man Shousuke and why he doesn’t communicate. He seemed to be a lot like his mother as a kid but just changed suddenly. Was it guilt? Maybe, at least someone he knew as a kid thinks so but in the scenarios Hitomi was listing off, the one that seemed right was making sure his sister was not alone.

Maybe in a way he stopped communicating to be his sisters first friend?
