So I should be working on Korean Dips, but since I cannot do them correctly yet, I have reduced the difficulty of this progression to Korean Dip Holds. This video is different from the others in how include my warm-ups prior to the main exercise. For this session, I completed Hollow Back Press Series, Progession 8.5 (lol), Korean Dip Holds, Week 5, 4 sets of 4 second holds, with associated mobility, Supine Shoulder Extensions for 30 seconds in between each main set. Every morning I enjoy taking daily walks everywhere, and the chief pleasure I gain is finding hidden jewels like these where I can do my workouts.
