Completed Hollow Back Press Series, Progression 8, Undergrip Single Bar Dip, Step 7 of 12, 5 sets of 3, with associated mobility exercise, Rocking Cats, for 5 reps in between each main set. Someone on YouTube commented that I was bending too far forward when doing my dips, and that was partially to blame on not finding a bar high enough to let me legs stay straight and also poor form on my part. That's ok.
