Shout out to the Jews and those who love us. It's time for Passover which means Seders and spending time with those we love. That being said some of you all will be picking up wine. I always notice people looking confused in the kosher section during this time of year. Not only are you looking for a kosher wine, but a "kosher for Passover wine". Oy to the vey! There's an easy solution! My pick for Passover vino is wines from Golan Heights Winery which include the labels: Yarden and Hermon Mountain. The wines are excellent quality and packed with flavor. Their winemaker, Victor Schoenfeld, has been one of the biggest influences in helping Israel develop stellar wines. I had the pleasure of attending a lunch with him last month in NYC at Freemans. The latest releases from the winery are fabulous. So if you are looking for a wine or two for Passover and even Easter, go with Golan Heights.
