Thinking of Simon/convict but instead of him dying he ends up being found by the invincible 2 but hes still missing his arm and practically half of his face is scarred(if hes lucky enough for that) but the team did their best to fix him up, and mark is really curious about it while the captain and the rest of the crew are really worried about him and why he was on a moon in the middle of a blood ocean.

In the beginning Simon's not trusting these guys because the last time he agreed or 'participated' to do something similar to being on a ship he 'died' (the scene where the lady was talking to him and the fish split the sub in half)

But after a while mark and the captain with start another paradox on accident and simon gets dragged into it(because hes not meant to be there so hes an anomaly) and they all(mark and the captain already knew by this point) realize that all of them have experienced(or had a really real and close experience) and they bond over it and the captain tries to help him socialize with the crew more while mark helps him understand the ship and controls, especially the bombs and weapons. I don't know where they'd put Simon to help out in but he has really good survival skills and seems really good at mapping things so maybe he'll be tasked with helping read the map.

Oh mark makes him a replacement arm with the crews symbol on the side to show that they like him on the ship. Which he accepts of course, it may not be his actually arm but its as close as he'll get to it.

But In reality hes just glad to be alive.

I got some help from my goat with a thing ive been thinking of for a while which is if Simon had a pokemon team.

Technically spoilers, since I wanna explain a bit why for each of them

So, fighting team:

Cursola: ghost/ dead coral. You know. Because all the plants and shit are dead and he believes its his fault. He also misses the ocean

Trevenat: Ghost tree, and had it sense it was a phantump/before rapture

Breloom: plant. He likes plants. Uh, i forgot the other reason

Corviknight: I just feel like he'd be a bird kind of guy+ dark and can be intimidating

Golurk: religious reasons from before the rapture, being called the butcher, he's got to have some scary/creepy Pokémon

Shaymin: specifically the hedgehog version/land. He'd LOVE to have a Shaymin I just know it. Don't ask how he got it. I have no clue.

Hisuian Zoroark: idk ghosty and intimidating.

Plus support Pokémon that he just has out 24/7 chilling with him(and keeps unevolved)

Zorua: cutie, cheeky little thing and he finds it humorous. Just a big cat really

Shaymin(same one, he does not have two): that thing is always in his arms of on his shoulder when he gets the chance. Plant+hedgehog, no more explanation needed.

Charmander:His starter technically, is the most skeptical Pokémon he has, when he needs a second opinion on whether to trust something charmander usually helps decide.

Little facts:

All his intimidating Pokémon are actually really sweet, their all skeptical.

He absolutely has a Gengar, the girl is just lazy and does not want to leave her Poké Ball.

His starter was really his golett/golurk, from the cult but he chose charmander. (Doesn't mean he doesn't love his Golurk)

He doesn't like keeping his Pokémon in their pokeballs, he feels guilty and will only put them back when he needs too.
