Five years ago I said I'd knit some gloves.
Am finally spinning the yarn for those.

Progress
Just a little inspirational photo of my spinning wheel. I finally gave her a name. It came to me like a brick to the face. Duh. Mokosh!
In other news, I finally got a poly drive band for her, so no more tying and re-tying hemp bands that keep breaking! Should have her up and running in time for the Tour De Fleece 2021!
Look at how lush this finished and caked handspun is. 😍♥️🧶

The beginning of some new dish towels.
I'm on vacation in northern Germany and found a store that sells wool from the sheep here! Glad I brought my spindle with me ♡
My very first #bobbin is done! I learned a lot from this spin. #fibre is #cormo i purchased ages ago on #ravelry #destash. I learned that i need to #threadle slower and #bamboo #fiber is not to my liking. I guess ill give it a few day to rest before i ply it. #kromskiminstrel #kromski ##spinnersofinstagram https://www.instagram.com/p/BmeNEx1noIz/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1efl20vu8ws83
Never ending project is finished!
It’s made of a BFL roving that I got from Pigeonroof on etsy :)
I made one skein a two-ply and after I filled a bobbin with that I got bored so I chain-plied the rest of my singles for funsies.I honestly like the chain-plied one a little better but I chain-ply everything and wanted to switch it up.
This is honestly probably the finest and most consistent I have ever spun. I didn't even count the yardage because I knew I would get bored and lose count.
