The Scorned Woman Abnormality

Based on the legend of the Kuntilanak from Indonesian mythologies, but it may crossed over with the Pontianak too. So many different cultures have their own abberation of the "ghost lady in white dress".
Kuntilanak is described to be a woman in white dress with long sharp fangs and fingernails. A stated method to suppress her includes driving a nail into her head or nape. She has a hole in her abdomen, which symbolise death by childbirth in a lot of places. She is said to be killing people by ripping them apart and taking newborn babies to replace her own. Up to your interpretation what she does with these babies. Somehow it is known that she brings with her a scent of plumeria and the stench of a rotting corpse.
I do wonder who would resonate with this abnormality. I feel like she's a very tragic figure. Maybe she just wanted to hold the babies with her own hands, but she was murdered before she got the chance to give birth. Maybe she was framed for the murders yk... like humans kill each other constantly, but they will blame it on a spirit of a woman. Maybe Ishmael? Faust? One because Ishmael was blamed and chastised for things she wasn't guilty for, and two because the desire to fill the void in your stomach with someone else' baby, I don't know.
I still don't understand Hex Nail Faust ejecing a box of thing from her stomach.... My girl got reproductive traumas too?
Addition to post: It has been suggested to me by Altair that Ryōshū would resonate with this Abno. I can totally see that!! She would have a lot of fun mauling people and taking their babies. Which means… another RyoFaust EGO hit the building??
