GUYS...!
One of my poems is in an anthology called ‘Ghostly Writes 2017′...the poem itself is titled ‘Wicked Moon’ and can be found right at the back of the book. In one of the reviews the book received, my poem got likened to Shakespare’s Macbeth...being compared to Shakespare, even once with a single poem makes me giddy with delight. ^_^ (I’ve added it below...and I’ve never actually read Shakespeare!)
Wicked Moon
Prompt: Wicked; Night; Blood
Darkness falls and moonlight glows Among bare tree branches that creak Groaning as wicked blood flows, Boiling, bubbling, the potion glimmers Steam rising, fire burning and embers flicker As witch cackles and continues stirring, Black cats glowing green eyes and faint child’s cries Magick flies, thunderclouds roll in as wolf howls Up at the skies, wicked moon now dies.
