lab day & amazonian pottery
Inktober Day #26 Dark.
Another glimps at Tim when he was still at the lab.
Timaeus has never been afraid of the dark..only what comes after.
When you’re at that point in your undergrad that your prof trusts you enough not to burn down the lab while unattended
Peter Parker watches supernatural religiously. He may have also burst into tears in the lab one day when Tony played carry on my way word son.
((I went looking for a video of a song that reminded me of Kirah's singing, then I found this extended version and holy crap it's got a perfect lab days vibe. I know it's 11 mins long but if you can, listen to the whole thing. It's a nice ride. I can see this being music for a level where you're exploring the lab and find Kirah by following her singing while she's in her room. And the music and singing get louder and more intense as you get closer. Idk it's eerie af and I love it.
Any of Jumba and the experiments' past are rarely elaborated upon in the original series. Will the new series explore more upon that? Like what the earlier experiments do in the lab, their missions and their interaction with others? This way, we could know about Clyde's prosthetic arm, why Bonnie is the way she is, what Gigi/Yapper was like before her makeover, and whether Chopsuey ever get along with anyone.

As far as the Stitch & Ani headcanon goes, what I like to call the “Lab Days” will only be features on a need-to-know basis. Much like Lilo’s College Days, sometimes a flashback or two comes in handy, but we won’t dive into every detail of it.
That said, I think it’s safe to say it will be explored more than it was in the original series! This is because for the Renegade Cousins, a lot of their personal issues or discontentment with the Ohana and their One True Place can be traced back to how they were created, or formative incidents while they were testing out their abilities in Jumba’s lab for the first time. For example, poor Crystallene has always been a little insecure and uncomfortable in her own skin ever since she accidentally crystallized Jumba’s ex-wife. Or Grindz, who spent longer activated than most Experiments before dehydration. He was rented out by the Jaboodie gang to perform his function, which is destruction of enemy strongholds. But now he has nightmares of laser battles and crashing ships. So you see how info like that might come up.
And ESPECIALLY in the case of a certain green, very bitter Experiment who used to spend all his time fetching DNA for an evil genius out to replace him.
