Shadowzel + Xan | Hatchling no more
This was a request sent by @longjohnsilverfish but I had a mad moment and hated what I wrote so I deleted the whole thing, not realising that it would delete the ask itself - whoops, anyway, enjoy!
─── ・ 。゚☆: .☽ . :☆゚. ───
─── ・ 。゚☆: .☽ . :☆゚. ───
Xan carefully eased the window open, wincing as it let out a faint creak. His heart pounded in his chest as he glanced over his shoulder, making sure Shadowheart and Lae'zel were still asleep. The house was quiet, bathed in the soft glow of the moonlight filtering through the curtains. Confident he hadn’t been heard, he hoisted himself out, landing lightly on the grass below.
He stood still for a moment, listening, then grinned to himself. Another successful escape. He had been sneaking out for weeks now to see his girlfriend, and while he knew it was risky, the thrill of it made his heart race even faster.
Just as he turned to run toward the meeting spot, a dark figure stepped into his path. He froze, his breath catching in his throat. Even before his eyes could fully adjust, he recognized the imposing silhouette.
"Ma," he muttered under his breath. His mother stood there, arms crossed, her fierce yellow eyes gleaming in the moonlight.
"Going somewhere, hatchling?" Lae'zel’s voice was low, filled with the kind of authority that left no room for argument.
Xan scrambled to back away, his mind racing for excuses, but before he could form a coherent thought, he bumped into something—or rather, someone. Slowly, he turned his head and felt his stomach drop as his mama, Shadowheart, stood behind him, arms folded and eyebrows raised.
Trapped between his two mothers, Xan knew lying was futile. His pulse raced as he opened his mouth, trying to salvage the situation.
"I… I was just getting some fresh air?" he stammered, though even he knew how weak the excuse sounded. Lae'zel narrowed her eyes at him, while Shadowheart gave him a look that was half concern, half disappointment.
"Fresh air? At this hour?" Shadowheart asked, her tone skeptical. Xan sighed, slumping his shoulders in defeat.
"Alright, fine," he admitted. "I’ve been sneaking out… to see someone. My girlfriend."
There was a moment of tense silence, and Xan braced himself for the reprimand that was surely coming. Lae'zel’s stern expression didn’t falter, though there was a glint of something else in her eyes—curiosity, perhaps. Shadowheart, however, crossed her arms tighter, her lips thinning into a line.
"How long?" Shadowheart asked, her voice sharp. "How long have you been sneaking around behind our backs?"
"Only a few weeks," Xan said quickly, holding up his hands. "It’s not what you think! She’s not bad, or—"
"You are young," Lae'zel interrupted, her voice steady but intense. "Too young to be sneaking out in the dead of night. And too foolish to think you could do so without being caught."
"I—" Xan began to protest, but at that moment, a soft voice cut through the air.
"Xan?"
All three of them turned to see a figure emerging from the shadows near the edge of the yard. Xan’s heart leapt into his throat when he saw his girlfriend approaching, worry etched on her face. The moonlight illuminated her features, her sharp cheekbones, the pale green skin, and the familiar steely gaze of a Githyanki.
For a moment, no one spoke. Xan’s stomach churned as he glanced between his mothers and his girlfriend. He had no idea how they’d react to seeing her. Lae'zel’s eyes widened in shock for the briefest of moments before a wide grin spread across her face.
"She is Githyanki?" she asked, her voice rising in excitement. Xan blinked, caught off guard by his mother’s sudden change in demeanor.
"Uh, yeah?" he replied, unsure of what to make of the situation. Lae'zel’s grin grew even wider, and she stepped toward the girl with an approving nod.
"You choose well, Xan," she said, clapping him on the back. "A Githyanki partner—this is an honorable match. Go. Enjoy your night together."
Xan’s jaw dropped in disbelief. "Wait… what? You’re… okay with this?"
Lae'zel looked at him as if he had asked a ridiculous question. "Of course! She is strong. Fierce. It is fitting you should seek out one of our people. Go, have fun."
Shadowheart, however, was not so easily swayed. "Lae'zel!" she said, her tone incredulous. "You can’t just let him run off into the night. He’s still a child! There’s no telling what kind of trouble they’ll get into."
Lae'zel turned to her with a raised brow. "Do you not trust our son to handle himself? He is nearly a warrior, Shadowheart. Let them have their time."
Shadowheart’s lips pressed together, her protective instincts flaring. "I just don’t think it’s responsible," she argued. "He should have told us, and—"
"Enough," Lae'zel said, her tone firm but not unkind. She placed a hand on Shadowheart’s shoulder, her touch both soothing and commanding. "We do not need to coddle him. He will learn through his experiences. Let him go."
"But Lae’zel—" Shadowheart started, but she was quickly silenced as Lae'zel leaned in and kissed her lightly on the forehead.
"Shush, my heart," Lae'zel murmured, guiding Shadowheart away from Xan and his girlfriend with a gentle hand. "We must give them space. Come, let us return to bed."
Shadowheart still looked uncertain, her eyes darting between Xan and Lae'zel. "But what if something happens? What if—"
"They will be fine," Lae'zel assured her, her voice calm yet firm. "Trust him. And trust her."
Xan stood there, half in shock, watching the interaction between his mothers. His heart pounded in his chest, half relieved and half anxious as he saw Shadowheart relent, her protests falling silent as Lae'zel led her back toward the house.
Lae'zel turned back to Xan, a smirk playing on her lips. "Be back before the first sight of light," she instructed, her tone playful but firm. "Or you will have more than just your mama’s wrath to deal with."
Xan nodded quickly. "Yes, Ma."
As Lae'zel led Shadowheart back toward their bedroom, the door to the cottage softly clicked shut behind them, but Shadowheart’s objections hadn’t quieted. She glanced back toward the window, her arms crossed, her brow furrowed in concern.
"I still don’t think it’s a good idea," Shadowheart muttered, clearly not ready to let it go. "He’s too young to be sneaking out like that. And with someone we barely know—"
Lae'zel, walking just ahead, sighed heavily, rolling her eyes as she turned to face her wife.
"Shadowheart, Xan is not a hatchling anymore," she said, her voice firm but patient. "He is old enough to make his own choices. We cannot shelter him forever."
Shadowheart huffed, her lips pressing together in frustration. "But he’s our son! How can you just let him wander off into the night like it’s nothing? What if—"
Lae'zel took a step closer, her gaze sharpening with a mix of affection and impatience. "Do you not trust him to handle himself?" she asked, her tone quiet but filled with conviction. "Or is it that you do not trust the Githyanki girl?"
Shadowheart hesitated, her eyes narrowing. "It’s not about trust… it’s about responsibility. He didn’t even tell us he was seeing someone! We should’ve been the first to know—"
"And now we do," Lae'zel interrupted smoothly. "And you have already met the girl. She is strong. She is Gith. Our son is in capable hands. What more do you need?"
Shadowheart opened her mouth to argue further, but before she could get another word out, Lae'zel swiftly closed the distance between them. With a low growl of impatience, she cupped Shadowheart’s face in her hands and kissed her firmly, effectively silencing any more protests.
The kiss was rough at first, driven by Lae'zel’s frustration, but it quickly softened as she melted into the moment, her hands sliding to cradle the back of Shadowheart’s neck. Shadowheart tensed in surprise, but within seconds, she relaxed, her arms unfolding and coming to rest against Lae'zel’s chest.
Lae'zel pulled back just enough to rest her forehead against Shadowheart’s, her eyes gleaming with amusement.
"Xan is not our only responsibility, Shadowheart," she murmured, her lips still brushing against hers as she spoke. "And now that he is occupied… we have the house to ourselves."
Shadowheart blinked, momentarily taken aback, her mind still half-occupied with worries about their son. "Lae'zel, this isn’t the time to—"
But Lae'zel’s smirk grew, her sharp features softening with affection as she gently pulled Shadowheart closer by the waist.
"It is exactly the time," she said, her voice low and playful. "No hatchling to interrupt us. No responsibilities to drag us away. Just you, me… and a quiet house."
Shadowheart’s resistance faltered as Lae'zel leaned in to kiss her again, slower this time, teasingly. She felt the familiar warmth pooling in her chest, the weight of her worries slowly lifting. Lae'zel’s hands were firm against her back, her lips insistent, and despite herself, Shadowheart found it harder and harder to hold on to her arguments.
With a sigh, Shadowheart finally gave in, her hands sliding up to thread through Lae'zel’s hair as she deepened the kiss. The tension that had lingered between them moments ago was swiftly replaced by a different kind of heat. Shadowheart pulled back just enough to look into Lae'zel’s eyes, her own still half-lidded with a mix of frustration and desire.
"You think you can just kiss me to shut me up every time we disagree?" she teased, arching an eyebrow.
Lae'zel’s grin only widened, a spark of mischief in her gaze. "It works, doesn’t it?"
Shadowheart huffed again, though this time it was more in amusement than annoyance. "You are infuriating."
"And yet, here you are," Lae'zel shot back, her hands roaming up and down Shadowheart’s back, her voice lowering. "With me. In an empty house. Tell me, Shadowheart… why are we still talking?"
Shadowheart opened her mouth to retort, but once again, Lae'zel silenced her with another

Heyo!! How about a shadowzel and wyll x astarion playfate with their respective kids (Xan for shadowzel, Lily for Wyllstarion)

Shadowzel + Wyllstarion | Little Dragons
─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───
The meadow outside Rivington was alive with warmth and sun, each blade of grass bending to a gentle breeze as it wove through the group, carrying laughter and the faint, high-pitched roars of Xan and Lily. They were playing nearby, crouching low and scampering through a patch of wildflowers that had become their makeshift lair. The two five-year-olds dashed around, imitating dragons with all the ferocity their small bodies could muster, “breathing fire” and casting spells of their own invention as they clawed the air and roared.
Shadowheart, lounging on the blanket beside Lae'zel, cast an amused glance at the children, their fierce game of "dragons" already filling the air with shrieks of delight. With the kids occupied, she let herself settle back, stretching her legs out as she watched Xan dash across the grass, his arms stretched out like wings, while Lily chased after him. Shadowheart gave a small, incredulous laugh as she looked around at their makeshift family.
“Hard to believe we’re here,” she mused, fingers lacing through the sun-warmed blades of grass, “keeping track of… our children. Do you ever stop and think how surreal it all is?”
Wyll, seated beside Astarion, leaned back and gave a wistful smile. He followed Shadowheart’s gaze to Lily, who was now roaring and jumping in an attempt to mimic some form of "flying," with Xan giving pointers on how to land. “Surreal? Absolutely. There are times I can’t believe it myself. I mean, Astarion teaching her archery lessons every morning so she can ‘be more dangerous than daddy’? I’d say that’s when it hit me.”
Astarion chuckled, reclining in a way that seemed to bask in Wyll’s teasing as he cast his partner a sideways smirk. “Oh, don’t look at me like that, Wyll. I’d hate for Lily to go without proper survival skills. Besides,” he added with an arched eyebrow, “she’s nearly better than you at this point. Do try to keep up.”
Wyll gave him a playful shove, rolling his eyes as he muttered, “If I didn’t know better, I’d say she already does…”
Lae’zel, observing the children’s play with a mixture of amusement and pride, joined in, glancing at Shadowheart. “Speaking of ‘survival skills,’ Xan’s latest obsession with mimicking my every move has resulted in… let’s say, a ‘small’ dent in the training grounds.”
“Oh?” Shadowheart turned, brow quirked, and Lae’zel gave her a grin that was almost sheepish.
Shadowheart let out a knowing sigh. “Yes, I think I heard about his ‘innocent slip’—you know, the one where he tried to swing your sword in the sparring circle and ended up toppling half the weapon racks?”
Lae’zel couldn’t hold back her laughter, shaking her head. “The boy has spirit. I’ll give him that.” She watched as Xan pretended to charge a powerful spell while Lily crouched low, ready to jump like a dragon pouncing on its prey.
Each of them was already so deep in shared stories that they missed the quieter tones of Xan and Lily’s voices drifting from a few feet away. The two had gathered a pile of sticks and leaves, their heads close together as they whispered, faces lit with a conspiratorial gleam. Xan, brows furrowed in intense concentration, recalled one of the simple incantations Shadowheart had used to summon a spark of light. He didn’t know exactly what words she’d used, but he knew the feeling—and that was enough, right?
Meanwhile, the group continued their exchange of lighthearted mishaps and laughable parenting moments.
“So there we were,” Astarion was saying, eyes glinting with his characteristic playfulness, “searching high and low for Wyll’s prized cloak, only to find Lily had ‘borrowed’ it to wrap up a family of mice she found near the cellar. When she told me, ‘they looked cold, Papa,’ I nearly melted on the spot.”
Wyll let out a soft chuckle, shaking his head as he leaned into Astarion. “It’s true. It’s almost impossible to keep her from adopting every creature she finds. If it were up to her, we’d be living… well—probably at your cottage, Shadowheart. Room for every mouse and stray in Rivington.”
Shadowheart groaned but couldn’t hide her smile. She picked up a nearby bread roll and tossed it at Wyll, which he caught with a mock-salute.
Lae'zel just buried her head in her hands, shaking her head as she pleaded with them.“Stop. You’ll give her ideas. Last time we had guests, she wanted to invite the barn cats inside for ‘polite company.’”
Wyll and Astarion both laughed, their amusement rippling through the group as each story became more outrageous than the last. It was only when a faint crackling sound interrupted their conversation that they paused, glancing around in confusion.
“Did you all hear that?” Wyll asked, squinting as he turned back toward the children.
At the same time, Shadowheart gasped, her eyes widening as she spotted the source of the noise: a small blaze flickering and spreading from the pile of sticks and leaves Xan and Lily had crafted into a 'dragon’s lair'. The two were staring, transfixed, as small flames began licking up the branches, casting a small ring of smoke into the air.
“Oh, no, no, no!” Wyll dashed over, his cloak already in his hands as he swatted at the flames, gritting his teeth against the heat. Shadowheart was right beside him, muttering a water incantation under her breath that caused a light rain to pour down over the blaze, extinguishing the flames just as they started to spread toward the base of a tree. The kids, however, only looked up in mild surprise, as if they’d just been interrupted from some perfectly innocent game.
Lae’zel scooped up an awe-stricken Xan, whose eyes were round as saucers, still dazzled by his accomplishment.
“We did it, Ma,” he said, half-pouting, half-beaming as he stared up at her. “We made real dragon fire!”
Lily, meanwhile, was scurrying toward Astarion, her small hands gripping his cloak as he lifted her with a bemused smile, despite the exasperation in his eyes. “Little one, what did we say about ‘playing with fire’?”
“But Papa,” Lily pouted, pointing down at the charred remains of their ‘hoard,’ “we were dragons. And dragons have fire.”
Wyll shook his head, his stern expression softened by a reluctant smile as he ruffled her tangled hair. “Yes, they do, Lily. But dragons are very careful with their fire. So we must be too, alright?”
Xan looked up at Lae’zel with wide, imploring eyes. “We just wanted to be real dragons, Ma. Like the fierce red ones you talk about at bedtime!”
Lae’zel’s face softened, and she gave him an approving nod, a rare look of tenderness in her gaze.
“You are indeed fierce, Xan. A true warrior. But next time, we keep the fire pretend, understood?” She lifted him with ease, setting him onto her shoulders, and he let out a triumphant roar as she paraded him around like a victorious soldier.
Finally, Wyll shook his head with a chuckle, folding his arms as he watched them, a glint of pride in his eyes.
“We might not be the best examples of parenting,” he admitted, scratching the back of his head.
“Oh, nonsense,” Astarion quipped with a smirk, his voice teasing yet affectionate. He glanced over at Lily, who was now happily playing with a strand of his silver hair, a satisfied smile on her face as she hummed to herself. “We’ve taught them resilience, at the very least.”
Shadowheart snorted, shaking her head. “And pyromania, apparently. Can’t forget that one.”
With the fire extinguished and the children thoroughly chastened, they finally settled back down on the blanket, a bit more wary of their little ‘dragons’ but equally charmed by the fiery spirits that reminded them of their own.
As they continued sharing stories, their children nestled between them, each of them aware that while parenthood was full of unexpected challenges and near-disasters, these small moments of chaos were the ones they’d cherish the most.

Hello! I love how you write! congratulations on graduation. I would like to ask if you could write what Shadowheart would be like pregnant with Lae'zel? Lae'zel is all protective of her, taking care of her and also somewhat fearful of her joy and the baby, while they live on the farm or in the Astral plane.
Well goddamn, seems I'm a bitch for shadowzel, oh what a shame

Shadowzel | Soft Vigilance
─── ・ 。゚☆: .☽ . :☆゚. ───
The morning sun bathed the farm in a warm, golden light. Birds chirped merrily, and the scent of fresh earth and blooming flowers filled the air. Shadowheart stood at the edge of their small vegetable garden, gently cradling her growing belly. Her eyes softened as she watched the plants swaying gently in the breeze, each day bringing them closer to the arrival of their child.
Lae'zel was nearby, her eyes never straying far from Shadowheart. Her warrior instincts, once honed for battle, had shifted towards an intense protectiveness for her partner. Every movement, every step Shadowheart took, Lae'zel monitored with a vigilance that was both endearing and a little overwhelming.
"Are you sure you should be out here?" Lae'zel called, her voice tinged with concern as she approached.
Shadowheart smiled, a serene and patient expression on her face. "I'm fine, Lae'zel. Fresh air is good for me and the baby."
Lae'zel's eyes flicked to Shadowheart's belly, her usually stern gaze softening with a mix of awe and fear. She reached out, her hand hesitating before resting gently on Shadowheart's stomach. The baby responded with a gentle kick, and Lae'zel's eyes widened, her tough exterior momentarily cracking.
"Does it hurt?" Lae'zel asked, her voice almost a whisper.
Shadowheart chuckled softly, placing her hand over Lae'zel's. "No, love. It’s just our little one saying hello."
Lae'zel nodded, but the worry in her eyes didn't dissipate. She had faced countless battles, but the prospect of bringing a child into the world and keeping her beloved Shadowheart safe was a different kind of challenge. She took Shadowheart's hand, leading her back towards the farmhouse.
"You should rest more," Lae'zel insisted, her tone brooking no argument.
Shadowheart followed willingly, her heart swelling with love for Lae'zel's fierce protectiveness. Inside, the farmhouse was a picture of rustic charm, with wooden beams and a stone fireplace. Lae'zel guided Shadowheart to a comfortable chair near the hearth and began to fuss over her, adjusting cushions and bringing her a warm cup of herbal tea.
As Shadowheart sipped the tea, Lae'zel knelt beside her, looking up with a mixture of adoration and anxiety. "I fear… I fear that I may not be enough. That I cannot protect you both from all dangers."
Shadowheart reached out, cupping Lae'zel's face in her hands. "You are more than enough, Lae'zel. We are safe here, together. And our child will grow up knowing the strength and love of two incredible mothers."
Lae'zel leaned into Shadowheart's touch, closing her eyes as if drawing strength from her words. "I will always protect you," she vowed, her voice thick with emotion. "Both of you."
Shadowheart smiled, laughing lightly as she leant down to press a tender kiss to Lae'zel's forehead. "I know you will, my fierce warrior."
The days passed with Lae'zel hovering close, her protectiveness becoming almost comical at times. She would insist on carrying even the lightest of objects for Shadowheart, and any hint of discomfort had her in a flurry of activity to make things better. Yet, beneath the surface, there was an undercurrent of fear, fear of losing the joy she had found, fear of not being able to protect her family.
One evening, as they lay together in bed, Shadowheart could feel the tension in Lae'zel's body. She turned to her, their faces close in the dim light. "What troubles you, 'Zel?"
Lae'zel sighed, her hand resting protectively over Shadowheart's belly. "I am not accustomed to this… joy. It feels fragile, like it could be taken away at any moment."
Shadowheart's heart ached at the vulnerability in Lae'zel's voice. "Joy is not something to fear, my love. It is something to cherish, together."
Lae'zel nodded slowly, "Together,"

Shadowzel | Embellished Tales
─── ・ 。゚☆: .☽ . :☆゚. ───
Lae'zel sat cross-legged on the rug in the corner of the room, her twin daughters nestled close to her. The fire crackled in the hearth, casting a warm glow across their faces as Lae'zel wove the tale of how she and Shadowheart first met. Her voice carried the weight of battles fought and victories won, embellishing the details to make her role seem a tad more heroic.
"…and there I was, facing down a nautiloid ship, determined to rescue Mama from the clutches of ghaik" Lae'zel recounted proudly, her eyes gleaming with the intensity of a warrior reliving her glory days.
One of the twin girls, clutching her owlbear teddy looked up at their mother in awe. "Wow, Mama! You're so brave!"
"Yeah thank you for saving mommy!" The other twin smiled, resting her head against Lae'zel's shoulder. Lae'zel smiled basking in the warmth of her girls, unaware that her embellishments were about to be caught out.
Shadowheart, who had been silently listening from the other room, stepped in, her hands on her hips, giving Lae'zel a knowing look. Lae'zel panicked and silently send Shadowheart a pleading look, but the damage had already been done. "Actually, girls, Tav, your darling godparent was the one who saved me from becoming ghaik. Mama-"
"-She's lying! Mommy's wine has made her memory bad-" Lae'zel rushed trying to grab her girls' attention back to her but it was too late, they were looking eagerly up at Shadowheart, who was smirking, knowing the chaos she was about to unleash.
"-Mama, was going to leave mommy for dead." Shadowheart managed to speak over Lae'zel and the girls gasped. One of them sprinted over to Shadowheart, wrapping her small arms around her legs.
"Mama how dare you!!!" She yelled, clutching onto Shadowheart tighter, she looked at her twin sister expecting her to follow in her actions and yet she just shrugged and remained content on Lae'zel's lap.
"Mama had a lot of ghaik to fight and Tav was-" The twin was interrupted by Lae'zel bursting into laughter, she drew her closer to her and pressed a kiss on her forehead, she hadn't loved her daughter more than right then.
"Unbelievable," Shadowheart sighed, but there was a hint of amusement in her voice as she gently lifted the loyal twin onto her hip, settling her comfortably.
"What's unbelievable is that I've never told them the story of you leaving me in that trap with those tieflings-" Lae'zel started, only to be swiftly hushed by Shadowheart, who shot her a playful yet warning glance. Perhaps her own actions weren't entirely blameless.
"Wait, mommy left you for teethlings?" the twin on Shadowheart's hip turned to look up at her, eyes wide with curiosity.
"No, tieflings, darling," Shadowheart corrected gently, "and I didn't leave her. I just suggested that she could handle herself." She shot a quick glance at Lae'zel, silently communicating that some details were better left unsaid.
Lae'zel grinned mischievously, and the evening descended into a playful back-and-forth, with Lae'zel and Shadowheart recounting their various adventures, each embellishing their own contributions while gently ribbing the other. The twins listened with rapt attention, their eyes wide with wonder as they heard about daring escapes, fierce battles, and moments of unexpected tenderness.
As the night wore on, the warmth of the fire and the soothing cadence of their mothers' voices began to lull the twins to sleep. Their eyelids grew heavy, and soon they were drifting off in the comforting embrace of their parents.
Shadowheart and Lae'zel carefully stood, each cradling a sleeping daughter in their arms. They moved silently, their steps practiced and gentle, carrying the girls to their shared bedroom. The room was cozy and filled with little trinkets and toys.
Shadowheart laid their twin down first, tucking her in with a soft kiss on the forehead. Lae'zel followed suit, her touch surprisingly tender as she brushed a stray lock of hair from the other twin's face. They swapped, repeating the affection and once the girls were settled, the two women stood at the doorway, watching them sleep. The flickering light from the hallway cast a gentle glow over their peaceful faces.
"I am so glad we met," Lae'zel whispered, her voice uncharacteristically soft. "Even with all the challenges and battles, I wouldn't change a thing."
Shadowheart reached out, taking Lae'zel's hand in hers. "Neither would I. You brought a strength and fire into my life that I didn't know I needed. And now we have this—our family. Our love."
Lae'zel squeezed her hand, her eyes reflecting the depth of her feelings. "I never thought I would have this. Love, a family, a place where I belong. You've given me all of that, Shadowheart."
Shadowheart leaned in, pressing a gentle kiss to Lae'zel's lips. "And you've given me the courage to be myself, to love without fear."
They stood there for a moment, wrapped in each other's arms, their hearts full of gratitude and love. The trials and tribulations they had faced seemed distant, overshadowed by the warmth and joy of the life they had built together.
With one last look at their sleeping daughters, they quietly closed the door and headed back to the living room. The fire had died down to embers, but the warmth remained, a testament to the love and passion that filled their home.
As they settled back onto the rug, Lae'zel pulled Shadowheart close, her arms wrapped around her in a protective embrace. "Tomorrow, we can tell them about the time you tried to outsmart that skeleton."
Shadowheart chuckled, resting her head against Lae'zel's shoulder. "Only if you promise to tell them about the time you fell into that pit trap."
Lae'zel groaned playfully, but there was a smile on her face. "Deal."
They drifted off to sleep, the comfort of each other's presence and knowing they had found something truly special.

In the dimly lit chamber of the ancient ruin, an aura of tension and desire crackled through the air. The walls, adorned with faded murals of ancient battles and gods, seemed to close in, making the space feel both intimate and charged with energy. The flickering torchlight cast long shadows, dancing across the stone floor where the scene unfolded.
Shadowheart, a devoted Selunite with a usually serene demeanor, found herself in the center of a storm of conflicting emotions. How she found herself there, she could not exactly say. As she stood at the intersection of dominance and submission, her heart racing with a mixture of anticipation and excitement. The two Lae'zels, identical in appearance yet each exuding their own fierce personality, circled her like predatory beasts, their eyes gleaming with determination.
Lae'zel, a warrior of unmatched skill and ferocity, was not one to share or concede. But here, there were two of her, each vying to assert their claim over the innocent yet clearly intrigued Shadowheart. The Githyanki women were nearly indistinguishable, both clad in their traditional armor that hugged their muscular forms, their expressions equally intense.
"She is mine," the first Lae'zel declared, her voice a low, growling command as she took a step closer to Shadowheart. Her hand reached out, gripping the Selunite's chin with a rough tenderness. "Submit to me, and I will show you pleasures beyond your wildest dreams."
The second Lae'zel was not to be outdone. She mirrored the first's movements, her hand resting possessively on Shadowheart's shoulder. "Do not be swayed by her words, Shadowheart," she said, her tone a dangerous purr. "I am the one who will take you to heights of ecstasy you have never known."
Shadowheart's breath hitched as she felt the electric touch of the two warriors, their competing claims sending shivers down her spine. Her mind was a whirlwind of desire and confusion, her loyalty to Selune battling with the undeniable allure of the Githyanki's raw power and dominance.
"Choose," the first Lae'zel demanded, her eyes narrowing as she leaned in, her breath hot against Shadowheart's ear. "Or we will decide for you."
Shadowheart's gaze flickered between the two warriors, her lips parting as if to speak, but no words came. The intensity of their presence left her speechless, her body responding instinctively to their proximity.
Seeing her hesitation, the second Lae'zel took advantage, her hand sliding down to Shadowheart's waist, pulling her closer. "Feel this," she whispered, her lips brushing against Shadowheart's neck. "Feel what I can offer you."
The first Lae'zel growled, her patience wearing thin. She stepped forward, her body pressing against Shadowheart's other side. "Enough of this," she snarled. "She will submit to me now."
The room seemed to vibrate with the raw energy of their confrontation. Shadowheart, caught between the two powerful women, could feel the fire of their desire burning through her. Her body ached for their touch, her mind surrendering to the primal need to be claimed.
With a sudden, decisive movement, the first Lae'zel tilted Shadowheart's head back, capturing her lips in a searing, possessive kiss. Shadowheart melted into the embrace, her resistance crumbling as the kiss deepened, her hands clutching at the warrior's armor.
Not to be outdone, the second Lae'zel's hands roamed over Shadowheart's body, her lips trailing hot kisses along her neck and shoulder. gripping her roughly. Shadowheart's moans filled the chamber, a sweet symphony of submission and pleasure.
The two Lae'zels began to work in unexpected unison. Their touches were a perfect blend of rough and gentle, their kisses demanding yet worshipful. Shadowheart was lost in the whirlwind of their combined passion, her mind and body surrendering completely to their will.
The ancient ruin's chamber seemed to hum with the intensity of the moment, the very walls witnessing a clash of wills and desires unlike any they had seen before. Shadowheart's moans echoed off the stone, blending with the sounds of the two Lae'zels' heavy breathing and whispered commands.
The first Lae'zel's lips devoured Shadowheart's, her kiss fierce and dominating. Her hands gripped Shadowheart's waist, pulling her impossibly close, the heat between them almost unbearable. As she kissed her, the second Lae'zel's hands explored every curve with an eager, possessive touch. Her lips trailed hot kisses along Shadowheart's neck and shoulder, leaving a path of fire in their wake.
"Do you feel that?" the first Lae'zel growled against Shadowheart's lips, her voice husky with desire. "That is the power of a true warrior."
"She needs more than your brute strength," the second Lae'zel retorted, her voice a sultry purr as her hands moved lower, caressing Shadowheart's thighs. "She needs someone who understands her, someone who can give her what she truly desires."
Shadowheart's mind was a whirlwind, her body trembling with the intensity of their combined attention. She felt herself being lifted, the first Lae'zel's hands gripping her thighs as she was placed on a nearby stone altar, the cold surface a sharp contrast to the heat radiating from her skin.
The first Lae'zel's lips moved down to Shadowheart's chest, her kisses fierce and demanding. She tugged at Shadowheart's clothing, her hands rough but skilled as they bared her body to the cool air. Shadowheart gasped, her back arching off the stone as the second Lae'zel's hands joined the fray.
"Relax, Shadowheart," the second Lae'zel whispered, her lips brushing against her ear. "Let us show you the true meaning of pleasure."
Shadowheart's breath hitched, her body responding instinctively to their touches. She felt the first Lae'zel's mouth on her breast, her tongue and teeth working to drive her wild. At the same time, the second Lae'zel's fingers traced delicate patterns along her inner thighs, teasing her with the promise of more.
"Look at her," the first Lae'zel said, her voice filled with a fierce pride as she glanced up at Shadowheart's flushed face. "She is perfect."
The second Lae'zel's eyes gleamed with determination. "She deserves the best,"
The second Lae'zel's fingers finally slipping between Shadowheart's legs, finding her wet and ready. Shadowheart's moans grew louder, her body writhing on the stone as the two Lae'zels worked in pleasurable tandem, their touches driving her to the brink of madness. The first Lae'zel's mouth moved lower, her kisses and nips leaving light bruises down Shadowheart's stomach. The second Lae'zel's fingers moved with skill and precision, each stroke bringing Shadowheart closer to the edge.
"You are ours, Shadowheart," the first Lae'zel growled, her mouth hovering over her core. "And we will show you what that means."
With a sudden, overwhelming intensity, the first Lae'zel's mouth descended on her, her tongue teasing her clit and with the second Lae'zel's fingers. Shadowheart cried out, her body arching off the stone as waves of pleasure crashed over her.
"Yes," the second Lae'zel purred, her fingers moving faster, her touch relentless. "Let go, Shadowheart. Give yourself to us."
Shadowheart's vision blurred, her mind consumed by the overwhelming sensations. She felt herself teetering on the edge, her body shaking with the force of her impending release. The first Lae'zel's tongue moved with a fierce determination, her fingers gripping Shadowheart's thighs to keep her steady.
"Come for us," the first Lae'zel commanded, her voice a low growl. "Show us how much you want this."
With a final, shattering cry, Shadowheart's body convulsed, her orgasm crashing over her with a force that left her breathless. She felt herself squirting, the intensity of her release unlike anything she had ever experienced. Her mind went blank, her body going limp as the pleasure overwhelmed her senses.
The two Lae'zels watched in awe as Shadowheart's body trembled, her release soaking the stone beneath her. They exchanged a glance, their expressions a mix of pride and satisfaction.
"She is incredible," the first Lae'zel said, her voice filled with a fierce admiration.
"Of course she is," the second Lae'zel replied, her tone equally reverent.
Shadowheart's eyes fluttered closed, her body succumbing to the exhaustion of her intense pleasure. She felt the two Lae'zels' hands on her, their touches gentle as they cleaned her up, their whispered words of praise a soothing balm to her senses.
As she drifted into a deep, satisfied sleep, the two Lae'zels exchanged a final, determined glance. They knew that their competition was far from over, but for now, they were content to bask in the afterglow of their shared victory.

The night was calm, the campfire's glow casting dancing shadows across the tents. Shadowheart and Lae'zel sat a bit apart from the rest of the group, their usual bickering softened into a more playful banter as their relationship had evolved.
Shadowheart leaned back on her hands, a mischievous glint in her eyes as she glanced over at Lae'zel. "You know, Lae'zel, it's rather cute how you have to look up at me sometimes," she teased, her tone light and teasing.
Lae'zel narrowed her eyes, a warning clear in her gaze. "Shadowheart, I have told you before—cease these remarks. They serve no purpose."
Shadowheart chuckled, clearly enjoying herself. "Oh, come on. It's just a bit of fun. You're not that short… just short enough to be adorable."
Lae'zel's jaw tightened, but she remained silent, choosing not to escalate the situation immediately. However, Shadowheart continued to poke at her height throughout the evening, finding amusement in the slight difference that Lae'zel seemed to take so seriously.
Later, when the rest of the camp had settled into sleep, Lae'zel approached Shadowheart, her expression a mixture of determination and irritation. "You think this is funny, Shadowheart? My height is no measure of my strength or my abilities."
Shadowheart, still in a playful mood, stood up, towering slightly over Lae'zel. "I never said it was. But you have to admit, it's kind of cute. You are like pocket sized! We could just put you in a little pouch and throw you out-"
Lae'zel's eyes flashed with a challenge. "-Enough! I warned you."
Without another word, Lae'zel grabbed Shadowheart by the wrist and dragged her to her tent, Astarion gave them an amused wave before returning to the book he stole from Gale. Lae'zel pulled her into the privacy of her tent. The sudden movement took Shadowheart by surprise, and before she could react, Lae'zel had her pinned against the bedroll, her grip firm but not painful.
"Lae'zel, what are you—" Shadowheart began, but her words were cut off as Lae'zel's lips crashed against hers in a demanding kiss. The force of Lae'zel's passion took Shadowheart's breath away, and she found herself melting into the kiss, her teasing forgotten in the heat of the moment.
Lae'zel pulled back slightly, her breath hot against Shadowheart's ear. "You think you can tease me without consequence? I will show you what it means to provoke a Githyanki warrior."
Before Shadowheart could respond, Lae'zel's hands were roaming over her body, expertly removing her armor and clothing with an urgency that sent shivers down her spine and had her squeezing her thighs in anticipation. Lae'zel's touch was both demanding and reverent, her fingers exploring every inch of Shadowheart's skin with a mix of tenderness and possessiveness that boarded on cruel as Shadowheart yearned for more.
Lae'zel's smaller frame moved with a grace and power that belied her size, and Shadowheart couldn't help but be swept away by the intensity of her lover's actions. Her mouth found its way to Shadowheart's neck, leaving a trail of fiery vengeful kisses down to her collarbone, each sure to leave a mark in the morning.
Shadowheart moaned softly, her hands tangling in Lae'zel's hair as the Githyanki warrior's lips continued their journey downward. Lae'zel's hands followed, caressing and kneading Shadowheart's breasts before moving lower, eliciting gasps of pleasure from the cleric.
"Lae'zel… please," Shadowheart breathed, her voice just pure desperation.
Lae'zel smirked against Shadowheart's skin, her fingers teasing the edge of Shadowheart's core. "Admit it, Shadowheart. Admit that my height is irrelevant when it comes to making you feel this way."
Shadowheart whimpered, her body aching for more. "Fine… you win. You're not that short."
Lae'zel's fingers finally delved into Shadowheart's wetness, drawing a sharp cry from her lips. "Say it again," Lae'zel demanded, her voice low and commanding.
Shadowheart's mind was a haze of pleasure, her body arching into Lae'zel's touch. "You're not… that short," she repeated, her voice trembling.
Lae'zel's pace quickened, her fingers working Shadowheart to the brink of ecstasy. "One more time?"
"You-ah! You aren't that short!"
Shadowheart's arch backed and her vision went white as she came on Lae'zel's fingers, "Ha, that is what I thought, but worry not, we have the entire night for you to make up for your transgressions."
And the night they had, it was filled with Shadowheart's cries of pleasure as Lae'zel continued to drive her higher and higher, each wave of ecstasy more intense than the last. By the time the sun began to rise, Shadowheart was a trembling, satisfied mess, her body spent from the relentless pleasure Lae'zel had bestowed upon her.
Lae'zel lay beside her, a satisfied smile on her lips as she brushed a strand of hair from Shadowheart's face. "Remember this the next time you think to tease me," she whispered, her voice soft but firm.
Shadowheart nodded weakly, her body still buzzing from the night's activities. "I will," she promised, thought only an hour after she recovered, she asked Lae'zel if she ever tried to pass as a gnome before.
