whatd happen if the main four from each of our aus met?

By main four, I’m guessing you mean X, Zero, Axl, and Sigma?

- Lament! X would probably be incredibly saddened by the fate of his Mindshift counterpart, and of course, he’d probably worry that he’ll face the same fate eventually. Needless to say it wouldn’t be good for his mental state to learn that he has the possibility to become a virus like Sigma.

- Fragment! X would be horrified by both tbh, since while he did indeed fight in a war it didn’t result in the calamity that the other AUs faced (ie. Eurasia, the Nightmare phenomenon, Heroblight, etc) He might even think he’s dreaming, because surely we’re not in a multiverse right???

- Lament! Zero would NOT be happy to see another Zero around. (After two evil clones, you tend to get a bit paranoid lmao) He’s under immense stress and is hated by almost everyone, so don’t expect a warm welcome at first. Give him some time and the right circumstances and he MIGHT come around and at least talk. Maybe.

- Fragment! Zero would be skeptical of Mindshift! Zero, but not outright hostile like his Lament counterpart. Like Fragment! X, he’d probably assume it’s all just a dream and go along with it. Though, he would not allow himself or Fragment! X to join any fighting unless absolutely necessary.

- Lament! Axl has been in a coma for decades, so I’m not sure how Mindshift! Axl would feel about that. Though, Mindshift! Axl might resent the fact that Lament! X has eventually come to care for his counterpart.

- Fragment! Axl would be amazed, baffled, and a bit naive upon learning that he has a twin in another universe, as one in their late teens-early twenties may be. He might not grasp the gravity of Mindshift! Axl’s situation and would probably romanticize it to some degree.

- Lament! Sigma is pretty much canon Sigma. Pre-virus, he and his Mindshift counterpart would probably be pretty similar. Pre-virus, I could see the two joining forces against the Mavericks. Post-virus, I could see them joining forces against humanity and the Hunters.

- Pre-virus, Fragment! Sigma might get on with Mindshift! Sigma at first, but I have a feeling that Mindshift! Sigma would catch on to the corruption and manipulation pretty quick. Post-virus, they could either join forces or fight for control, but either way the Fragment universe is COOKED bc it would be like dropping the space colony in the Classic Megaman timeline.
