Felt the urge to do some VGC teambuilding and heard an all too familiar voice from the past...
Landorus-T
Moves: Earthquake is a perfect stab move, hitting hard and consistent. U-Turn is a perfect move for any scarfer, providing crucial momentum for the rest of Lando’s team. Defog clears hazards, and thanks to the speed of the Choice Scarf and Lando’s natural bulk, you will always be able to pull it off. The final move is Explosion to cripple major walls right before Lando would be knocked out or is no longer useful. These last two slots are pretty interchangeable. I generally prefer to run Defog and Explosion, but you can also run Hidden Power Ice/Fire, Stone Edge, or Stealth Rocks.
Spread: We run 200 Speed EVs with a Jolly Nature because most other Scarf Landos run 196 Speed EVs to outspeed Mega Alakzam, and so we can outspeed opposing Landos and Explode on them. This is especially important if you’re running Hidden Power Ice. We then run 68 defense EVs to avoid the two-hit-ko from Hawlucha’s Acrobatics at +2 and after Stealth Rocks. The rest of the EVs are put into Attack to get as much power out of Lando as we can. Choice Scarf helps us outspeed many threats and check the bulk-offensive meta. Lastly, Intimidate is are only option for an ability.
Team Support/Usage: Scarf Landorus-T is the swiss army knife of OU. It’s great early game to check offensive threats, it provides hazard control in the mid-game, it can utilize U-Turn to easily bring in your more offensive threats, it provides speed control, it can revenge kill, and it can easily sweep late game once your opponent’s ground immunities have been removed. As such, it can fit on pretty much every single team out there that’s not stall and is hugely beneficial to them. It doesn’t necessarily need teammates as it functions on its own and supports the rest of your team to a major degree. The only thing that really helps Lando excel is hazard support to help wrack up damage and teammates like Rotom or Magearna to form a Volt-Switch core.

I tried using a Meloetta-P (w/ All-Out Pummeling) team in the OU Tier by Smogon rules.
Didn’t end well, as one would expect.
Fun little thing I drew for a Smogon article that focused on Flying types in OU.
Landorus-Therian (OU)
Landorus-Therian @Earth Plate -Earthquake -Stone Edge -Swords Dance -Rock Polish Ability: Intimidate Nature: Adamant (+atk, -spatk) EVs: 56 hp, 220 atk, 232 spe
Moves: The first move on this set is Landorus-T’s most powerful ground stab move, Earthquake. Then the second move is Stone Edge which has very good coverage with Earthquake as Stone Edge allows Landorus-T to hit flying types, and levitate users. The third move on this set is Swords Dance which doubles Landorus-T’s already extremely impressive attack power. The final move, Rock Polish which does the same thing as Swords Dance except with speed instead of attack.
Spread: The 56 hp evs are used so that you are not two hit kod by Excadrill’s Iron Head after the Intimidate drop. Then the 232 speed EVs are used so that Landorus-T can outspeed Adamant Excadrill. These two investments are used so that you can potentially set up on Excadrill which Landorus-T is commonly used to check. The rest of the EVs are put into attack along with an Adamant nature in order to increase Landorus-T’s attack as much as possible without taking away from the other two stats. Intimidate is the chosen ability because its the only one that Landorus-T gets. Finally the chosen item is Earth Plate as with this item you can ohko Ferrothorn after a Swords Dance while also breaking past other walls.
Team Support/Usage: This Landorus-T set fits well on most offensive teams and even some balance teams as a set up sweeper and a win condition. That being said Landorus-T generally appreciates hazard support in order to assist it in sweeping this makes spike setters like Skarmory, Klefki, and Ferrothorn. Landorus-T also generally appreciates pokemon that can eliminate the pokemon that check it such as Mega Medicham or Mega Heracross. Keldeo also has very good synergy with Landorus-T as they remove each-others counters fairly easily.
Thanks everyone for reading! If anyone has any questions, comments, concerns, or requests, then don’t hesitate to leave me an ask and I’ll try to get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks!

Smogon calls it "outclassed". Serebii says it "sucks". I say "Lumineon gives no shits to your negative comments"
