… why would Ellie be a yellow lantern? Yellow lanterns are said to be chosen based on the fear they instill in others.

But anyways, here’s Danny as a green lantern ring, Dani as a blue lantern ring, Jazz as a violet lantern ring, and Dan as a red lantern ring :3

I imagine that Pariah Dark used to have battles with various Lantern Corps before, and so he would collect the rings of the Lanterns that he’s killed. Later, Team Phantom discovers these rings and since they have no idea what they are, they accidentally fuck around and find out 😔

So the selection requirements for Pink/Violet Lanterns aka Star Sapphires are “The violet power ring chooses its wearer, usually after the previous wearer's death, focusing on those who possess immense capacity for love or have suffered profound loss”. The loss, which makes them go a bit crazy, is specifically that of of their loved ones.

Have this sketches I did at 2am. The first sketch being an AU of Cody, Priss, and Frankie as part of the Lantern Corps! And the second sketch being my version of teenage Cody and Priss, who, after some adventures they both have gained some new scars.

How about Artemis and Jason's reaction to Violet Lantern Jazz? (By the way, the way you call them the Violet Lanterns instead of The Star Sapphires kinda threw me at first but I like it. Makes them feel more like a real Lantern Corp rather than just the super special fanservice Lanterns I see them used as in works that run closer to the comics.)

Oh, ty! I believe they were originally called the Star Sapphires due to the character as well as the fact that their rings were made from a stone called the Star Sapphire. However, I think they recently got a change and were able to become a fully recognized lantern corps (with better writing) lmao, but I’m not too familiar with the GL lore. I’m happy that you appreciate my wording! :D

+ Clark is the one who makes sure that they remember that they’re human, Diana is the one who makes sure they remember that they’re strong, and Bruce is the one to remind them that they’re good :3

+ Diana is fiercely protective of Clark and Bruce, but is somehow still surprised when they’re just as willing to beat someone up for her.

+ On every single date that they have, there is ALWAYS one Batkid in the bushes watching. On the occasion, there is a Wonderkid or Superkid or both, but a Batkid is guaranteed.

+ Them having dinner with their whole family is such a big ordeal that it’s guaranteed to be a banquet. Even when Bruce tries to contain the amount of guests invited, somehow, the Teen Titans are there, Young Justice is chilling, the Outsiders are in the garage, and the Justice League is also sitting at the dinner table. If I were to make it DPxDC, then Team Phantom is also there, gleefully loading their plates.

And with Jason as a Star Sapphire…

Do you have anything for blue and/or red lantern Jazz? I fully believe jazz would get a blue lantern ring or a red one depending on the story.

Hmmm tbh, no, but I thought about it for several hours and I can’t help but think that she’s best suited for being a violet lantern. Imo, she’s fiercely loyal, protective, and she would absolutely commit crimes for her siblings bc she loves them so much. The violet lantern corps are also known for being overzealous and forceful in their actions lmao. Having her be a blue lantern does kinda makes sense? (Since I love her healing people) But at the same time, she’s not that “hopeful” to me, and her being a red lantern makes even less sense since it would literally consume and corrupt her.

As such, I think she’s a violet lantern :) for her siblings, Dan would DEF be a red lantern, Dani is a blue lantern (or green!) and Danny is either green or black. Maybe green on a normal day and when he goes full Ghost King mode, he has a black power ring?
