Hi! So I've been looking everywhere for this fic, and I don't remember what it was called, but it was a modern as where Arthur and the knights are pro athletes (maybe soccer?) and Merlin works as a security guard in the stadium, and ends up being the guy who guards the locker room for their team. And he first meets Arthur and refuses to let him in because he doesn't have ID? And then romance. It might have been on ao3 but I'm not sure. Does that sound familiar at all? (Love the blog btw)

So i feel like econ majors would maybe do well because we understand things like how everything has a price, and how to create balance in things, and find equilibrium. Or we would do really really poorly because we understand human systems, and they don't exactly line up with what the Fae do. the value systems are all different, and their markets don't work the same, and i could see someone trying to make a deal because they thought they'd figured out a good trade and deeply regretting it

Yeah they operate on a completely different system of reasoning and values than we do; you’d be in trouble if you tried to apply a human system to a transaction with them. But in a more general sense econ majors’s understanding of equilibrium would probably do them good. Things in balance are important.

12: What’s your favorite planet?  Pluto, even tho it’s been demoted.  I’m a sucker for underdogs - plus, there’s Jonathan Coulton’s wonderfully sweet song. 

87: What are some movies you think everyone should see at least once in their lives?   The Princess Bride,  Toy Story,  Psycho.  

68: What’s winter like where you live?  Generally cold -  around/below freezing pretty regularly from Nov-Feb, with occasionally warm spikes in the 40′s-50′s F and cold snaps that go below zero.  We get snow - averaging about a foot and half total (.5 m) through the season.  It can come several inches at a time, but generally melts off a couple of times  (see warm spikes above). Ice storms hit a couple of times a year - causing power outages. 

39: What color do you wear most?  If I take black & white off the table, various shades of blue  & blue-green. I’m also fond of purple & burgundies.
