Finally finished my What We Do In the Shadows piece! I really enjoyed the show a lot. It's obvious, but it's meant to be a clear homage to "Freedom from Want" by Norman Rockwell.

As an autistic woman who masks anytime they go outside, I totally relate to the trope where monsters disguise themselves as humans to try to blend in.

And when you've got multiple social masks for different groups of people in your life...

And even when you seem normal but you pick up on the wrong social cues...

Then when you are around other neurodivergent people....

It's a silly trope that I've always loved and now I finally understand why and have the language to express this feeling.

I’m learning Figma (i’m a designer trying to get a job in the UI/UX field) and built a twitter (pre-musk acquisition lol) inspired social media for Vampires called “Drip” ... built user stories around the WWDITS characters. I thought someone on this site might appreciate it.
